Fantastic service in this pharmacy. Compared to other pharmacies, I managed to get lots of things at a better price. The staffs are very friendly with smiling face and know what they are doing. I always go for Ms Asha (pharmacist) when in need of medications or vitamins. She don't blindly suggest unnecessary items and will thoroughly ask us the symptoms/conditions/requirement before prescribing or suggesting anything. At other pharmacies, I usually feel like talking to sales person rather than a pharmacist. Kudos to her and hope many others would follow her footsteps.

I’d like to thank Alpro Pharmacy Taiping for its excellent delivery service. I forgot one of my daily medications when I travelled to Taiping today, 1 January 2021. I just called them up, confirmed the medicine, made online payment, and I received my medicine three hours later at my hotel front desk. I’m glad that Alpro outlets are in almost all cities and towns in Malaysia. It’s great to be connected to a community pharmacy which can be trusted.
