Despite the delays, the staff at Perodua Centre was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience much more bearable. In particular, there was a gentleman who stood out – he was always there to answer my questions, despite being very busy and seemingly exhausted. He never once showed any annoyance or frustration and always had a smile on his face.

What impressed me most about this staff member was his professionalism and training. He was clearly well-versed in his job, and his dedication to customer service was evident. I wish there were more people like him in the service industry.

Overall, my experience at Perodua Centre was frustrating due to the long wait for repairs, but the staff's friendliness and professionalism made the situation much more manageable.
