i like this caring outlet, the price is more cheaper than other shops, i like the staff because it's very friendly when i came for the first time, especially the pharmacist who is very attentive and giving advices on my illness and prescribing the medicine. i strongly recommend this caring outlet to everyone👍🏻. mmg terbaikk

Have been a shopper with Caring pharmacy for at least 10 years. I really enjoyed shopping with them. Not only that, the staff at Tebrau Aeon was fantastic and caring. Ms Toh (Pharmacy) provided great caring services and I will definitely return to Caring Aeon! Thanks!

Prices at caring is much more reasonable than Guardian or Watsons. However, the shop is rather utilitarian, so environment is definitely not as nice as Watsons.

Visited this pharmacy twice. (About few weeks apart from each visit.) Both times I'm served by a young short hair Malay lady behind the pharmacy counter. First time I wanted to get Loperamide. I was told it is out of stock. During my second visit. I wanted to get Clarinase. The same lady told it is out of stock. I asked if she have any recommendations that can help with the runny nose. She said NO. I asked if the Loperamide is available since it's been a few weeks. She gave me a wryly smile and said NO... I've shopped from other outlets and had gotten much help compared to this one. I hope there'll be some improvement!

四名员工在店3名不知所踪，问收银员也不做理睬，等了10分钟后才来serv药剂师柜台，真是优秀的服务素质和速度啊～😑😑😑

Antara farmasi yg terbaik I pernah pergi ialah Caring Pharmacy.. but today I lost my respect kt Caring Pharmacy Aeon Tebrau.. I x salah kan Caring satu Malaysia ni, tp kt Aeon Tebrau ni, wahh kerek gila si cashier Melayu perempuan ni.. layan x layan je bila pertanyaan di buat. Pada yg x tahu, Caring skg mengadakan deal sepjg tahun iaitu 20 points akan dikreditkan pada setiap pembeli yg tidak menggunakan plastik. Sesiapa yg hendak gunakan plastik kena caj 20 sen.. Boleh si cashier ni x tahu dgn deal ni bila ditanya??? Sy ckp saya tdk mahu plastik, saya mahu 20 point dikreditkan. Mana2 Caring Pharmacy yg sy jejak contohnya di Melaka, cashier2 di Caring Melaka sgt alert, dan mereka tahu akan deal yg skg tgh berlangsung skg. Boleh si perempuan ni kata yg saya tdk tahu pasal deal ni dgn kereknya dia ckp, mungkin hanya Caring di Melaka shj 🤣 I tdk tahu dia ni ignorance ke apa.. I siap tnjk bukti kt apps jelas2 menyatakan deal tersebut tgh berlangsung sehingga hujung thn 2023... Kalau gitu baik aku je jadi cashier.. last I ckp, awak patutnya kena alert la sb awk yg bekerja dgn Caring
