saya ada membawa anak saya untuk mendapatkan rawatan di Klinik Dr Nor Anisah pada tarikh 28 JUn 2017 pada jam lebih kurang 8.45 malam.. saya amat kecewa kerana pegawai perubatan yang bertugas tidak memberi rawatan yang sewajarnya kepada ank saya yg sesak nafas.. tanpa membuat apa-apa pemeriksaan ke atas anak saya.. pegawa tersebut hanya memberi ubat saja.akibatnya ank saya menjadi semakin teruk sesak nafas dan terpaksa dibawa ke kecemasan di Hospital Batu Gajah..saya harap perkhidmatan rawatan boleh ditingkatkan dengan mengambil kira keselamatan pelanggan terima kasih

Locum doctors were so bad. On 18th Nov, there was a malay guy doctor that did not even care to look at my face nor check my BP with my arm placed correctly.

On 20th, my symptoms of food poisoning did not improve so I went again. This time was even worse. Another locum, Dr Rashveen Kaur from taiping hosp, was extremely rude. Treated me as if I did not know how to take my medication properly. Did not give charcoal but insisted that they gave previously. Spoke very rudely.

Locum Doctor didnt have knowledge about measles. Misjudge demam campak as chicken pox and did not diagnosed properly

Waited for my niece to get her medication more than an hour,she is the only patient at the clinic,while the staff at the clinic seems to be grouping & ignoring the patient

The doctor is not friendly

Kena perbaiki sikap staf depan...kata ada doktor ..kita pun melangok la dalam klinik...rupanya doktor on the way...apa punya org la mcm ni...ckap la xdak terus senang
