Went there due to severe diarrhea. Completely cured in 2 day after take medicine. Process of registration and doctor consultation is normal.

Experienced doctor who took the effort to check his patients thoroughly. My choice whenever I need to bring my mom when she’s unwell.

Good service

Very worst (terrible) experience very recently on 31 July 2021 at around 12pm. The doctor is Very great and all the staff except an Indian lady which is age 40+, is very rude and disrespect towards patients and patient's family. Asking unecessary questions after the doctor ready to start the treatment. And the question is not coming from the doctor. The lady is very busy body and disrespect and scolding infront of all of the staff and including infront of doctor in very high tone. In that situation I'm just quite my self and didn't give any response for that. And afterwards during at reception for making the payment , the lady face expression and the way she give medicine is not polite. This lady no manners at all and badly needs to know how to respect patients and patient's families. Everyone deserve respect. From my experience for the receptionist services was worst because of the lady. Not feel to visit next time incase for any health problems.

A terrible experience! The doctor is great and all. But, the receiptionist is so rude. She asks unecessary humiliating questions during the registration to book an apppointment! Even if the service given by the dr was 10/10, the experience with the receiptionist was worst!

Very rude old indian lady receiptionist yell at customer. Not recommended to come here ! Better go clinic with better environment and service in kamunting
