Bad customer service!!!!! I called this pharmacy just now to buy my father’s medicines. One female staff very rude! I ask for the price and she angrily asking me where I am from? Wth? Why on earth you asking your customer a question like that? Why so angry? Is that your true manner when you dealing with customer? She instructed me to just walk in and buy the medicine because she said they cannot disclosed the price via the phone. As a customer, I am entitled to know and compare the price before I come to buy it. You think I have a lot of time to come to each pharmacy in this Kota Tinggi just to ask for the price? Fix your attitude otherwise just resign
