The only mcDonald in kota tinggi area . Environment is good and have more than 3 self services kiosk for you to order . Can order and staff will send to second floor when u out table service

Very nice environment with friendly staff. Highly recommended to have a meal here. Managers also friendly and very attentive to any complain from customer. Toilet very clean and comfortable to chillex either alone or with friend.

Everything Excellent. Nice view kota tinggi town also near a bus station & taxi stand.

Food sold here is delicious and prepared fast although many people come here to eat. The service by staff also very nice and kind.

When I arrived, there is long queue outside the premise. However, the staffs are very friendly and handles the situation well. Once inside, the place is a bit crowded with customers waiting for their order. Kudos also to the staffs who manage to adhere to KKM SOP, and keep the crowd in order. There is one customer who unfortunately dropped her order right at the main entrance. Again, the staffs manage to replace her order in minutes without interrupting other customers orders. This is the example of good customer service.

Drive thru is available. Service is good but not too fast. Love the portion. So much than other outlets. The waiting time is so-so because there are many people. Overall.. love it. But please change the place. Make it bigger so that drive thru place is properly placed

Easy to park the car. The nearest McD from Bdr Penawar haha. Can dine-in, takeaway or delivery. Fast service. The staf were kind & polite. Overall - Best place.

Very nice eh. After Kota Tinggi got labelled with red zone, McD provide Drive-In. No need to go inside and can order from your car where the staffs will go to you and deliver your order!

The service is excellent. With a smile and polite gesture. Today we take out..not much time spend there. But it was a great experience. Thank you for your great service.

The new upgrade of this branch is the installation of few units of self service kiosk for taking order. Skip the cashier by tapping on the menu on the fully touch screen display kiosk and pay right away at the kiosk by paywave or key in your bank card PW. Recommended to go there during their offer time i.e. around 9AM-12PM for breakfast (if I'm not mistaken) in order to get a cheapest price for combo of food. The "Mix & Match" also another way for you to save more on McDonald's food.

Very convenient, fast and efficient

Better than what I had in my own town.Tried the big breakfast and liked the sausage and eggs.Never fail to impress.Could improve the speed of serving though.

24 hour.. half mc cafe - u only get the drinks bt no desserts here. 3 boards to order and pay.

Sometimes the staffs are overwhelmed, but they still keep their cool and serve with best possible attitude.

Orders are done by kiosk. Fast service, good food, nice interior.

Always a great place to have a happy meal .

Delicious but not all counters are open.. Thats what make fast food slow for sale..
