I approached the security when I arrived to inform what I needed to do at the bank. He then asked me to queue outside due to adherence to the CMCO SOP. After queueing for about 30 mins, I was allowed in and only then forms required were given to me to fill up. He should have asked me to fill them up when I was queueing so as to not waste time. Perhaps the management can reconsider this practice. I was attended to by Puan Wati (if not mistaken) at the service counter and she was so friendly, efficient and knowledgable. An OK experience overall

Good service. Just please update your operation time. Since at friday there were afternoon break when I came here.

Susah nak buat gadaian,kena buat temujanji. Kalau walk in terus tak boleh. Kalau dulu ada staff perempuan dengan lelaki yang jaga kaunter gadai tu dia kasi je gadai kalau walk in.Transaksi dekat kaunter depan pun lama,semoga ada penambahbaikan selepas ini

Long wait times, queue for around 60 minutes. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. When a staff member refuse to assist me, I asked to speak to the manager his greeting to me was a very aggressive "what's your problem?". I just gave up and left because that's super rude. We're customers not dogs.
