The receptionist and Dr Loo are super patient, kind, and helpful! Dr didn’t mind explaining to me in details which gave me an extra sense of certainty for my furkid. Overall would recommend!

I am so very much blessed that it was actually you who just dealt with that very critical case of my dog Milky and Ropsie and cured my babies so very quickly as well as very soon.
And i would like to thank such vet doc you who actually treated all my pets very early as also handled all of them with so much of care and explain very well each every single time.. And also very very affordable price even for surgery compared to other vet.

Thanks for the excellent staff and doctor who had help my 4 months puppy that's was ill and had search all veterinary clinics nearby and all is full with appointments and luckily this clinic willing to give abit of their time to examination my puppy. Really appreciate your service dear doctor and staff nurse. Definitely will going back and won't go back to my previous vet anymore.

I've been sending my cats to dr lim & loo since they worked at babypet vet. That was way back im 2008-2009. Now they've open their own clinic and i still send my cats there. Their charges are economical and i like the way they do explaination about the problem with my cats.

Very caring pair of doctors. Even though my checkup was free promotion. They took so much time and effort to provide tips, explain very nicely about their conditions and wht other outcomes tht could have happen and analyse my cat very carefully. Even did a slide hair analysis in front of us and drew out in the whiteboard to explain. Again this did not cost us any money as it was a promo by royal canin. Overall best vet clinic I've been to.

Good Vets & Very carefully handle all my pets. Done all Vaccine annually there. Very detail briefed on your pet issue.

This is my most favorite vet in town.they always explain everything in details and we been taking more than 50 stray cats a dogs and they all get their best treatment in here.

Drs are very detailed in explanation. Medication works 90% of the time except for terminal disease like FIP, but they tried their best. Highly highly recommended!

The Clinic has been operating for 15 years. His vast experience with animals shows in his handling of them. Very caring and knowledgeable

My cat gets better from a chronic flu after 1 visit to Dr. Loo however, its because he contracted some kind of herpes virus, he cant totally be cured from it. :(
