Balai Polis Seri Kembangan

There is a crazy old man living at my area and keep playing music every night. I decide to make a call to them.The policemen take time to reach here, although there's only few minutes distance, they took one hour to here.

But they didn't disappoint us, they come in a team instead of coming alone with a motor like what the small balai in bukit serdang did (I called him before but no changes at all). And this is the only time the police able to make this old fellow open his door! Been waiting this for a year!

*The crazy man has been playing the music all night long for more than a year. He claims that there is something kacau him and he need music to make him feel not alone. Kinda sad and creepy also la.

Anyway thanks to the abang-abang, about 10 or more of them, just because of the old fellow.

Balai polis dekat sini sangat membantu mak saya , nice work 👍🏼 untuk membuat report , daripada balai polis yang lain . Kurang membantu , dan kurang sopan dengan mak saya sorry to say 😓 bad attitude. Tq for everything 🙂

Need to improve, I spent 2 hours to make polis report, better to find another polis station

the officer services is not professional. they dont take their job seriously. when applying the application form, the officer will pass u a pen to fill up. after completing the form, then they said you cant use this red color, and eventually you need to fill the form again. But this is not the worse case. the worse case is that they think this is funny and laugh.. during the operation hours, they still can eat and chit chat with other colleague. their life so enjoying. no image at all. i hope they will change their attitude and professionalism.

I went here 4 times but nothing solved. They pushed me to other places every time. They even pushed me back just because they want me to change a hand writing application to a print one. Their attitude is good but they don’t do real work. Is this branch setting for greeting?

Police officer in balai police seri kembangan not complying SOP, MASK OFF and no Social distancing. This prompt to risk for those who walk by for QR scan or enquiry through a small window at the pondok. Appreciate if the Royal Police Officer could look into this matter.
