Cheap. Only rm3+ for liu sha bao & char siew bao. All added in pictures plus lor mai gai, 3 frozen char siew bao & 3 frozen liu sha bao only rm50+

Simple tim sum in a small town residential area. Serving the usual tim sum dishes. Freshly made. Taste wise... acceptable.

Saturday arnd 10am, not very crowded. Trully restaurant level dimsum. Had to place order before dining in. The pork rib tangy and not very spicy. Chicken feet is peppery and flavourful. Steamed prawn dumpling the prawn is fresh despite the skin being fragile. The baked chicken wing is flavourful but a tad dry. Charsiew bun the skin thick balancing nicely the portion of sweet charsiew filling. The lava egg bun though the skin is normal taste but the salted egg filling is not too sweet so able to taste a bit of the saltiness. 😍

Best fried carrot cake in johor. The fried yam ring is special. The others dim sum also taste good. Price is reasonable around RM4.50.
