Their Chai Kuih are really really good. The skins are softer, and the filling are well-seasoned, especially kuchai is very fragrant.
The char hor fun, fried tanghoon also not bad, can taste the wok hei.
They also have dimsum but it tastes normal only.
Their seats are limited, so be prepared to queue for table.

Chive Chai Kuey and the fried glass noodles (tang Hoon) are the must try dishes !

Very delicious Chai Kuey, made on the spot, very fresh, full of stuffing with soft and thin skin. A must have I every time I go back to Jawi! Very popular so must go early. Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Famous for its Chai Kueh, crab dim sum, and Teochew Lor Mee. Biz starts from 7.30am but usually you have to wait after 7.45 am for the freshly steam Chai Kueh

Last I visited this place was ten years ago and their chaige and noodles are still the same good quality as before.

这里附近就有好几家相似的茶楼，主要售卖潮洲式点心还有它家潮洲菜粿，不过我就点了它家炒冬粉(小)RM7, 烧卖 (RM5), 茶水(RM1)，整体来说各有特色，试了几家，发现我更喜话它们对面的顺利茶厅

每次去KL之前一定要先去jawi 吃她们的菜kuih, 很好吃，两种菜kuih口味我都很喜欢，还有她们的芋头糕很好吃的咯、还有炒面和汤面也是好好吃

点心我就没有建议了，试了几次，味道还是有待提高，但是overall 其它的食物就很好吃

傳統潮州韭菜粿越來越難吃到了
