Find specific items which cannot be found elsewhere. So much hype around new malls but it's here at this old but gold place where I can shop for exactly what I needed.

Always crowded at the grocery or supermarket areas, reasonable price for a variety of daily consumables. Dont use the front entrance after 6pm and use the other road to go to the car park. Why? Because Chung Hwa Primary One parents' cars block the main road, especially at the T-junction nearby!

Compact yet groceries sold are very competitively priced, I'd say cheapest in town. Only cons, not suitable to shop fresh items. Fresh items like fishes, vegetables or even eggs though aren't fresh usually.

Probably the only reasonable Shopping Centre. It sells attires with great designs at cheaper price. The designs here are considered greater than those branded and costly ones at the malls.

Even groceries and many other items are way much cheaper when compared with our grocery shops in Kl. So if your kampung is in Penang, do drop by to save your expenses.

Childhood shopping mall. Some of the product price could be quite cheap compare to others, some are just as retail price. It fulfilled your basic needs. You need something fancy, you will need find somewhere else.
