The service is ok.

When 4.00 pm I'm buying 2 bottle water with price rm 4.90 per bottle at the shop, and the counter worker unfriendly said " the price is rm 6.90 lah! ", the price different from the price stated below the item rack, and i change the item.

And when need payment, i ask her "can use touch and go for the payment?" She repeated said it's rm 6.90, and i thought she didnt listen what I'm speak earlier, than im repeat "can use touch and go for the payment?" She unfriendly said' its rm6.90 !!" 🤦

After payment she ask need resit or not, I'm already answer I need it, She repeat "I'm asking you need the resir or not ?!!" I'm suddenly get shocked with that unfriendly act, so I'm answer it again yes i need it. I'm really feel uncomfortable experience with this 7eleven shop workers, the shop need to improve alot with worker standard training.

Top up Touch n go still use cash??

nak beli something masa nak masuk tiba2 indian caltex kaunter girl said. "7eleven tutup, tutup for 1 hour". hahaha maksudnya bukan open 24hour, but 23 hour, 1hour rest 😂
