Horrible la atención al cliente.
El personal cero iniciativa.
Compré una playera para regalo de Navidad, vine a que me hagan el cambio y nada. Ya voy para las 2 semanas y media en espera, porque según la pidieron de otra sucursal, y ni la mínima atención en hacer una llamada para avisar de que ya le tenían. Vine a “recogerla” y resulta que no está el producto.
Opté por una devolución.
