The store Is huge with 4 floors each for a gender
One for men and kids ,one for women and there is a restaurant in the second floor with a love band playing when we went around 6pm
I don't know if they always play at the same time or it's this time only
But we really enjoyed the live band
When you go start by checking the rebajas stands because they have the biggest discounts and you will find them In fornt of each shop and also at the hallway

Nice shopping store with its own pastry and hot or cold drink for your pastries. Accessible bathroom on 2nd floor by the elevator. I love their cookies.

Beautiful department store, found some housewares I had been looking for. Very attentive service. Also, great food at their restaurant.

Nice place for shopping

Massive department store of high end goods. Some of the best that you will find in Mexico City really. There are mens', womens', and childrens' sections with some of of the best but also Mexican brands on offer. They also have a patisserie slash bakery which is of fine quality too. Staff are very helpful too.

The only thing I really liked was the level of service and attention at the Restaurant.
The Tacos del Gobernador are a must.

El Palacio De Hierro in Centro Coyoacan ranks amongst the best international full-service department stores I've seen. As a child visiting annually from Los Angeles, a child who hated to shop, I didn't appreciate it as anything other than a Nordstroms with candy.

Now, many years and thousands of miles traveled later--but as one still reticent to shop--I've concluded that...

The wide breadth of designers Palacio de Hierro Centro Coyoacan carries--some still unavailable in the States,
the professional and persnickety and unpatronizing salespeople who handle transactions with poise and confidence,
the well-kept salesfloors,
the racks in immaculate order,
the stock well maintained,
the beautiful and well made dusting bags and shopping bags that conclude each visit and, Above All,
the sheer Pride and Professionalism with which each staff member does their job

...makes me love shopping! They made me love shopping so much I visited every day of my visit. Literally.
The knowledgeable sales staff, the well curated stock offerings, the gourmet store and wine merchant, the spa, the salon, and the downstairs restaurant simply make it a pleasure to shop and relax here.

For their attention to detail and for the serious and sincere and polite way they do business and showcase their wares, El Palacio de Hierro in Centro Coyoacan gives Harvey Nichol's in London a run for its money and far surpasses Barney's New York.
If you're ever in Mexico City, stop by. You won't want to leave.

Nice mall, pretty quiet,not so crowded,there are McDonald's, Starbucks and all brand stores you need.

Beautiful, clean, hip. And expensive. Most Mexicans cannot shop hereeven if there were a sale. Too bad.
