Hotel Neptuno Zipolite

Best spot in town to chill on the beach in a hammock! Cold drinks and good coffee. Various classes of rooms -- on the rustic end. Splendid hosts!

I love amazing customer service and this total BEACHFRONT hotel has that for me. I needed direct on the beach hotel with AC and I got it for way less than the other hotels on the beach. My room on the 3 rd floor had cool AC but the bathroom had the amazing view !!! I did have a balcony with direct access. Then I moved to the 4 th floor and direct ocean view in a king bed with AC !!!!!
Dan the manager went above and beyond and fixed so many problems I had had outside of his hotel and did it with joy .
The hotel is NOT fancy and it shows but it is super clean and it’s very friendly here and there is a great bar / kitchen next door.
Luis is also amazing and both gentlemen speak English and always greet you with a smile and joy

Absolutely great hotel with really great service. Hugo and Daniel, who work the front desk, are beyond nice. The property is located in the middle of the beach, well situated to try different restaurants and not have to walk too far. Love the hammocks and loungers on the front deck also. Would stay here on my next visit 100%.

Amazing place right on the beach! Wonderful and very helpful staff who always look after their guests making them feel like home. Delfina restaurant next door serves delicious food made by fabulous chef Louis and the best margaritas in town!!! Thank you Dani and Hugo for making our stay super special !We miss you already and can’t wait to come back !!!

I didn't have anything safety problems here. It seams like all the bad comments are a kind of complot against the owner. Come here and find out for yourself. The site ist beautiful. And have a look at the comments on Booking they are more realistic.

Suprised to read about robberies at this place. The owner was really nice to us and the vibes were good. It's kind of basic but a good deal. Didn't see these reviews until after we stayed....hmmmmm

Hidden Gem✨

Bonito lugar, la gente del hotel amable y la estancia es cómoda.
La habitación cumple su cometido, el agua en general es salada, recomiendo lleven agua purificada.
La habitación que nos entregaron tenía a/a y ventilador de techo, sin duda un plus (hace bastante calor, es la playa🤭).
Tiene una vista Espectacular de la playa y claro es un hotel a pie de playa.
Las amacas me encantaron, Sin duda regresamos.

Bueno, bonito y con vistas espectaculares en el baño. La atención del personal fue súper amable tanto por Facebook como en persona y te ayudan a resolver cualquier duda. La habitación tenía un frigobar que me sirvió muchísimo. La ubicación es perfecta, vista al mar desde tu cama y en la noche escuchas las olas de manera increíble eso sí, el club beach de al lado podría no dejarte dormir pero si estás en mood de fiesta y diversión eso no va a ser ningún problema.

Excelente opción si vas a Zipolite. Desde mi llegada el personal fue muy atento y servicial. Tiene una terraza espectacular. La habitación donde me hospedé tenía una vista divina al mar, estaba limpia, acogedora y con aire acondicionado. Me encanto mi estancia en este hotel, se los recomiendo ampliamente.

Es un hotel con una vista increíble si optas por hospedarte en su mejores habitaciones (lo vale ,vista al mar) es un precio Justo y cuenta con lo básico , lo que le da el plus es que las personas que lo atienden son increíbles y súper amables . De verdad que eso es difícil de encontrar este tipo de lugares ,te hacen sentir cómodo y tranquilo. Sin duda lo recomiendo .

El hotel cuenta con terraza, acceso directo a la playa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Cuenta con baño exterior en cada uno de sus 3 niveles. Y la atención muy buena.

Fantástico hotel justo en la playa de Zipolite. Limpio, sencillo y muy acogedor y que acepta a todos. Acaban de abrir un muy buen restaurante / bar al lado mientras estuvimos allí. El chef Luis crea excelentes comidas y el barman Roberto hace posiblemente las mejores margaritas y mojitos que hemos tenido. ¡Los propietarios, Daniel y Hugo, con José, Bernardo y Genaro, son algunos de los mejores anfitriones que hemos tenido el placer de conocer! ¡Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta! ¡Gracias a todos por hacernos sentir como en casa cuando estábamos tan lejos!

Fantastic hotel right on the beach in Zipolite. Clean, simple and very welcoming and accepting of all. They just opened a really good restaurant/bar next door while we were there. Chef Luis creates excellent meals and bartender Roberto makes arguably the best margaritas and mojitos we have had. Owners Daniel and Hugo, with Jose, Bernardo and Genaro, are some of the bests hosts we have had the pleasure to meet! We will definitely be back! Thank you all for making us feel at home when we were so far away!
