Las habitaciones son muy cómodas con su baño privado y enfrente del mar. Un lugar tranquilo dónde puedes confiar. El dueño es lo más! Recomendado 100%

Great location. Clean room. Had the second level room with terrace to the beach and it looked awesome. Had so much fun staying here.
*There is no air conditioner, that is not a problem, for me at least.

People acted very nice at first but it was fake they were not helpful had no problem telling us to go didn't care if we had no place to go had to leave the beach had to leave the hotel immediately I will never go back there again also not very clean Yes the virus was around so there was no cleaning people so everyone had to clean their own room I don't mind cleaning my own room but at least give me a discount I was promised a television there was one in the room it didn't work for over a week they kept saying oh tomorrow we fixed tomorrow it'll be fixed still no discount nothing just rude

This hotel is now run by the family who owns it because they broke the contract with their last tenant who was running it. Gina and her son Juan Carlos "El Orejón" García are a couple of prideful, ignorant, lying, troglodytes. I made a room reservation with Juan Carlos and asked for one of the rooms on the 2nd floor that had a fridge, stove top, and balcony. When I asked how much the room was going to be and he told me not to worry about it and that we would talk about it later once I got there because they were doing some remodeling and construction to the place. I showed up with my toddler to find out that only 2 of the 20 rooms were available for rent and the one they decided to put us in was on the 1st floor right next to the shared bathrooms and showers. Our room had only 1 window next to the door and absolutely no airflow or ventilation whatsoever. The ceiling fan didn't cool down the room at all and the mattress on the bed was an old metal spring mattress with dirty stains on it. The toilet didn't flush properly and I had to fill a bucket of water to dump it every single time we needed to flush. The shower was a small hard pressure stream that was too harsh on my toddler and made him cry the first time we tried to shower, not to mention there was a rope I had to pull the entire time with one hand to make the water come out and rinse off. The water is from their well and it smelled awful, like decaying fish. There were no mosquito nets on the windows or doors so closing the big heavy wooden doors at night was the only way to keep the mosquitoes and sand fleas out, but it heated the room up like an oven and left us sweating uncomfortably and waking up constantly all night long. After 2 nights of this I asked Juan Carlos why we were given this room and not the room I reserved and he said it was because they wanted to leave those 2 second floor rooms available in case a rich foreigner stopped by and wanted to rent them so they could over-charge the foreigners for the rooms! When I mentioned all of this to the owner Gina she got super angry and started yelling at me and told us to just leave without paying! We happily left and will never be going back there again. Don't waste money here, apparently they don't want it or need it even though their hotel has been under construction for the past 2 years now and they still don't have the place ready to accept guests at full capacity.
