Lyoban Zipolite

The simple accommodation and open air design allows you to connect to the beach and relax in peace. Hammocks on the terrace and tables and chairs in the front overlook the ocean where you can watch whales go by and surfers catch waves. There's a good, simple breakfast available with good coffee. The staff are amazing and this is a cool place to connect to people or relax alone. The location is ideal. Far enough from town to be quieter but close enough to walk for anything you want.

The food here is great and also they play some of the best music on the beach. One morning we even got to listen to live saxophone and upbeat jazz, what a great spot! They also are very supportive of the nudist culture of the beach and allow guests to be nude on the beach portion of the restaurant if desired. I’d recommend! Also the French toast drizzled in chocolate was to die for.

Just stayed at the Lyoban Hotel for 3 weeks and loved it! We couldn't have chosen a better spot on the beach. The hotel, staff, food and drinks were amazing. The rooms are spacious with large windows (no glass) giving you access to a cool breeze, sounds of the waves and a spectacular view. We will definitely be back! Thank you Valentin, Mara and Hector for making our stay/holiday so memorable.

The location is amazing! You can wake up and swim every morning, then sit in a hammock and people watch from the shade. Plus, the staff are awesome. I loved chatting with Valentín every day-- he's a great host. Bonus points: this place has a pool, 3 cute cats, and in-house restaurant for all your breakfast or fish taco needs. The Wifi works, but don't expect fast upload speeds (this is Zipolite).

It was AMAZING! I had the room with the balcony towards the ocean and I was speechless. The room is beautiful and the view…. I slept with the doors open and every time I opened my eyes I saw the ocean. It was incredible. From this place you have 5-10 walking minutes on the beach (which is safe) to the center. I talked to Paulina (the host) and she is really nice! I’m excited to see her dreams become reality with this place.

ON NOTE: yes there is a night club that plays awful music until late at night, but put some earplugs in and the beauty of the place will outweigh the nightclub. Also, yes there are mosquitos but welcome to Mexico. But yourself some anti-mosquito spray, wrap the mosquito nets provided around the bed and it’s all easy!

Hotel Lyoban made my experience in Zipolite everthing I was hoping for. The staff was amazing and super friendly, the food from the kitchen was delicious every day, the hotel pets were adorable, and watching the sunset from the second story hammocks every evening wasn’t too bad either :)

Great place to meet people and right on the beach! Very friendly bilingual staff. Good place to watch sports and NFL games too.

Un hotel súper bonito, limpio, con la mejor ubicación (a pie de playa) y un servicio impecable, amable y atento en todo momento.
La limpieza y presentación son su punto fuerte, además de Javier el chico de la recepción.

La única desventaja es que solo tiene ventilador en las habitaciones y fuimos en la ola de calor 🥵

El hotel es muy lindo para pasar unos días tranquilos, cerca de los mejores lugares de Zipolite. La barra está a buen precio, el lugar LGBT muy friendly 🌈 aceptan mascotas 🐶 y hay estacionamiento.

Excelente ubicación, a pie de playa. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño y muy bien cuidadas. El hotel es bonito y modesto, a un excelente precio. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención, te tratan como si estuvieras en casa y escuchan tus peticiones y te dan consejos para disfrutar tu estancia. El servicio de Héctor Haro es muy cálido y atento, más que como a un cliente te trata como a un amigo.

Hace poco llegó una tortuga Golfina a anidar aquí enfrente. los nuevos dueños contactaron a las personas indicadas del Museo de la Tortuga para realizar las tareas necesarias para cuidar el nido. Al mes y medio después las crías fueron liberadas aquí mismo. fue un agradable momento, deseando a los bebés un éxito para sobrevivir. En fin todo muy agradable. El lugar siempre se ve bien. Hotel a pie de playa. Con camastros todo de madera, Visiten el lugar.

Excelente opción para relajarse en la playa! El hotel está recién renovado y repintado, varios cuartos tienen vista al mar, tiene una alberca!
El lugar es súper agradable, el equipo del hotel muy atentos, tienes a la vez la opción de echar unos tragos con los pies en el arena o descansar en el área de hamacas arriba. Muy recomendable!

Me he quedado dos veces, tiene una terraza increíble con hamacas, todos los servicios y las personas que atienden son amables y de buena conversación. Puede uno estar todo el día sin salir, sólo viendo el mar y descansando. Además la playa de Zipolite es agradable, más espaciosa que las vecinas y más tranquila. Tiene una red para jugar voleibol de playa!

El lugar está en el corazón de zipolite, justo a pie de playa. Reserve solo una noche pero en el primer día tuve un trato genial por parte del personal que ahí labora, especialmente Valentin y Ángel por lo cual alargue mi estadía por más noches.
El hotel cuenta con todo lo basico para que pasas unos días de relajación increibles, y hamacas en el segundo piso con una increíble vista al mar, tambien cuenta con bar donde te preparan todo tipo de bebidas y ponen todos los eventos deportivos, inclusive hay mucha gente que no esta hospedada ahí y acuden al bar por el buen trato y la buena vibra que tiene el lugar, hay tiendas y depósitos cruzando la calle.

Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente y cuando vuelva a la costa de Oaxaca me hospedare ahí nuevamente

Desde que llegué fui tratado de manera excelente, amigable y me brindaron su amistad todos los que colaboran en el hostal Lyoban sobretodo el recepcionista Valentin.
En cuanto a las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, limpias y con lo necesario.
La estancia del hostal está muy limpia, todos los días se hacía la limpieza, El área de la alberca igualmente limpia y con lo necesario, no era muy grande pero muy cómoda.
Sobre la cocina no me puedo quejar puesto que todo lo que consumí estaba muy fresco y con muy buen sazón.
La vista que tiene al mar es muy privilegiada por qué hay unas rocas que no permiten a los bañistas que se metan en esa área y eso lo hace un poco privado. Además el hostal se encuentra en un muy buen punto porque está casi en el centro de la playa y te puedes desplazar muy rápidamente a donde quieras.
Fue mi primera vez que visito zipolite y gracias a Dios llegué al Lyoban donde repito que el trato que tuve con Valentin, Alejandro su hermano, Mara y Hector fue muy muy agradable.
Seguro que volveré pronto obvio que recomendaré a Lyoban.
