Great breakfast! Had the Isla omelet and it was fantastic. Attentive service and nice spotlessly clean air conditioned interior to escape the heat for a lite bit. Also had a coffee and muffin every morning from their to-go hut just behind the main location. Not the cheapest option on the island but I feel the quality of the service and food justified it :)

Great breakfast, good coffee but NYC prices...Scrambled Eggs, bacon, potatoes...no toast included over $20 even an up charge to add tomatoes and onions. If you don't mind high prices on an expensive island enjoy their breakfast...it is delicious.

Had a delicious breakfast and great waiter Fable! I had the gronola and homemade muffin that was phenomenal. My husband had eggs, sausage and Roosters potatoes! Mimosas are an added plus!!!

They take cash and credit. There is a fair amount of ventilation so it is a nice respite from the hot sun. The food is top notch. My wife adored the mushroom and spinach enchiladas. She ate every bite. The eggs benedict were perfectly cooked. My son thought the French toast was really good but very filling. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our favorite breakfast place on the island. The bakery is all homemade. The coffee and smoothies are awesome. A lot of the breakfasts are so large that you can split them between two people. They take cash or card. Air conditioned seating and clean bathroom.

One of the top tier breakfast places on the island. Pancake trio is great. You get two large pancakes, eggs, and potatoes. Their omelets are also good options. Tried one of they blueberry muffins and it was very good. Possibly their best item is the banana bread french toast. Just all around awesome and unique. Thick bread slices turned into french toast with a side of fruit.
Service is great.

Without a doubt, it was the best breakfast spot on the island. The coffee was fairly good, the portions were big and the food was delicious. We visited multiple times during our stay on the island as nothing else came close for breakast/bruch options.

Sadly we didn’t discover this place until our last day but let me tell you: it was amazing. For one it’s air conditioned. I got a white mocha frappe that was better than Starbucks and I got the pancake trio. The portions are huge and I saw a steak sandwich on the menu I was dying to try.

Great meal. Food was amazing. Bring your apatite. Portions are large. Service is amazing. We had a large group and the food all came out at the same time.

The reviews weren’t wrong, this place was wonderful!! We got the rooster French toast and vegetarian enchiladas. Both were absolutely delicious!! Made our trip to isla mujeres that much more amazing

There is nothing bad to say about Roosters. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. The food is nothing short of incredible! You must try the banana bread. The best I've ever had anywhere hands down. We ate there both days we were on the island. We will be back.

Rooster was great for breakfast! We had a lot of great food and drink! For me the banana smoothie and Banana French toast were my favorites. We will definitely be back!

Went for breakfast. Food was very good. Presentation was nice and prices were good.

Good breakfast spot on Hidalgo. They accept credit cards. Service was really nice. I had the Rancheros Huevos and it was really good. The Almond Orange bowl was very good too.

We stumbled in here for breakfast and our server Francisco was AMAZING. Super attentive, fun personality, and great mustache. I had a rooster bagel and my partner had the Portuguese breakfast, both very filling but could have used a little more flavor.

The food is amazing and very filling, hospitality was good and friendly, I had a mango smoothie it was great.

AVOCADO & RADISH TOAST - this was my wife’s turn to pick our share and I had my doubts. I’m a bacon and eggs fan. But is surprised at how good this meal was. The flavors blended beautifully. The artistry clearly evident in the avocado florets and the colorful display. The sprouts were very fresh and added a nice texture. Toast had a tender crunch on the outside, warm and moist inside. Satisfying and delicious. Would recommend.

Chilaquilas Rooster were really good! Served in a bowl, filled with chips slathered in salsa rojo, pulled chicken breast, white Mexican cheese, fresh onions and topped with a sunny side up egg, I was in savory breakfast heaven. The service was great too! This was the last stop before the ferry or I would have gone back to try their pastries. A bunch of people were in and out to grab and go.

1usd = 16.68 pesos at the time of writing this. Nice place with air an airconditioned option. A bit on the pricey side compared to other places I ate at for breakfast but those places did not offer an air conditioned dining experience. Would 100% go back for lunch if I had more time.
