TRS Coral Hotel

TRS Corral hotel was amazing! Andrei was incredible at check in and helped us get a great room! Our butlers Misael, Robin, and Angel were also amazing- they helped us book reservations for all our meals/spa/activities as well as bringing us anything we needed at all times. Overall, the staff at this resort were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Staff is incredible ! Polite, available and full of energy. We had so much fun with Felix and Rubin for the fitness lessons.
And Samy took his time to show us the facilities and explained with the brightest smile.
Joshua is an incredible travel club agent and we felt safe and supported.
Also, Alexis our waiter is amazing and taking such good care of us with all our demands.

This resort is huge! So many places to discover. Several pools, bars & restaurants. Service is quick & the staff is great. Our room was a "Garden View" & it was still scenic. The room is "spa-like" big walk in shower. There is always something to do if you check the activity list. We had a blast playing beach volleyball. The only down side was the fact that the resort is at least an hour from the airport.

Amazing hotel with great rooms and great service. This hotel caters to all adults whether solo, group, or couple. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Their service is top notch and everyone is very helpful. They were even able to help with a car issue we had and ensure everything was fixed.

The resort is about 30 minutes from the airport and the ride is not bad at all. The hotel is secure and peaceful. Not surrounded by construction like other hotels. It is very large and although you can walk, there are carts to transport you around.

The drinks and food are amazing. There are so many restaurants to choose from. Just make sure you make reservations. The hibachi restaurant is great and fun. The shows are also great. The pools are also fun. But also not too loud for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. Room service was great and delivered both times.

Great place to spend 3+ days. Anything less won’t give you the full experience. The loft room is probably best unless you prefer a swimout. The jacuzzi on the balcony is the best.

No major issues. Had a small issue with our final bill but was able to get it sorted out! Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a great time last week on a girls trip. We had swim up rooms. Initially at check in they tried to give us kings but then switched it to two fulls for us. Beautiful grounds and very clean rooms.

Butler service was amazing! We had great service at the restaurants too. Some restaurants were better than others but overall the food was better than I’ve experienced at other resorts.

Definitely recommend this place to others!

I cannot say enough how good this resort was to us! Very beautiful and clean all around with attentive staff available at all times. My husband and I are extremely particular with food and look for the best when it comes to booking, and TRS Coral did not disappoint. Our favorite restaurant was El Capricho and the host or Manager Arturo was the best part of our stay. This man felt like family and deserves to get recognition from Palladium Hotels for his hard work and dedication to making their guest feel at home! This is also a great hotel to avoid the seaweed that invades the beaches in Cancun, all though it is not guaranteed it is the safest option.
The spa and bar parties were also super fun and met amazing people during our stay.

The only downside that we encountered was the “finance manager” that sat down after the loyalty membership agent explained their plans. He was extremely rude when we denied the offer about the membership plan. He treated us less than and basically was upset because we didn’t want to give up our savings for a $10,000 plan…. Like what?!?!? Even the agent noticed we left upset but the agent treated us super nice and had a great conversation during breakfast.

We will definitely be coming back and hope to see everyone again!

The hotel has many choices of cuisines and all the cuisines we tried were excellent.
Access to the beach is great and very clean Waters and beach. Food and drinks would be served on your loungers so you can keep sipping on your cocktail and have food and enjoy the sound and view turquise blue waters.
There are carts to move around from one place to another and also a ferry.
Overall great experience and loved the stay. Would definitely go back to TRS for another vacation.

Our vacation was a 10/10 at TRS Coral Hotel. Our entire group got upgraded to the beautiful love suites. The service was phenomenal (special shout-out to our butler Alfredo for making everything happen). The location, rooms and beach is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this resort to my family and friends!

We enjoyed our resort so very much! Very relaxing atmosphere and super helpful staff. Andrew assisted us with our check in and check out process. He created great conversation and made sure we enjoyed our stay !

Been to a few All-Inclusive resorts and TRS is by far the best I’ve ever been to, we just did the guacamole class with chef Manuel, And people of palladium (POP) Ruben, Uriel, Miranda and Dante great group of people who really include anyone who’s willing to. We had soo much fun at the silent party as well. We’re celebrating our honeymoon and it’s our third day of seven and cannot wait for the next activity to start we’re doing pole dancing in the pool tomorrow. If you’ve ever been on a cruise this resort is equivalent to Royal Caribbean on service and activities and amenities. We will definitely be back with friends and family!!!!!

We had a great time. We always stayed at TRS Riviera Maya but we enjoyed TRS Coral more. However, check-in at TRS Riviera Maya is more pleasant, you are welcomed by a drink and wet towels, unfortunately that wasn't the case at TRS Coral. Room service is also better at TRS Riviera Maya, at the Coral, it was very slow. I ordered tea and water at night, and never received my order. Second time, I had to wait for 1.5hrs to get a few bottles of water prior to our checkout, after calling a few times, our butler brought the bottles. We were 3 couples, and none of our rooms had any tea, everyday they only provided 2 bottles of water and these are small bottles about 350ml. The coffee maker didn't work, the Nespresso also had issues, it wouldn't press the pods. But the resort, the spa, the restaurants, the premium alcohol, and the beach was amazing. I would definitely go back again.

We would like to say a special thank you to Uriel, Kevin and Ruben they made our holiday so much fun! We loved paddle boarding with Ruben, bracelet making and aqua aerobics with Uriel and guacamole making & painting with Kevin! They went above and beyond! We also especially enjoyed sushi making with Manuel. This hotel has amazing entertainment staff and activities throughout the day! We would highly recommend going to chic cabaret, the performances were incredible, it’s far better than Coco Bongo! Abrham in the Helios restaurant was by far the best waiter, he was so helpful and friendly!

I've gone to dozens of all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, and this hotel is one that I can recommend to anyone. The price is reasonable for a 5 stars resort, and I would say this resort is one of the biggest in cancún. You need a shuttle service to move around. Rooms, amenities, and restaurants have a variety of options. Buttlers are very helpful in information and making reservations.

We had such an amazing time! I feel SO spoiled by our amazing butlers Sean and Zamora. They were so helpful and on top of all things we wanted/needed. Fernando the pool server was fabulous as well and keep us with a drink in our hand at all times. :-). The resort is beautiful and we would definitely recommend.

Great resort! Second time here and you get tentative designated butlers per room, great amenities and experience - I never want to leave! Also is super fun and had so many interesting experiences!

The ceviche class was informative and all the team was so nice and friendly! Peak of service! Our experience with Rubi, Manuel, Benjamin, and Santiago was great!

The restaurants are great and can never get enough food and desserts here. Definitely need to come back soon!

We did the sushi making class and it was excellent. Chef Manuel was great as always. Ruben, Miranda and Uriel were awesome as well.

Our waiter is exceptional. He recommended the right dishes for us at dinner tonight. My wife had the T-bone steak it was cooked perfect and I had to fish. It was the best dinner we’ve had all week and the desserts were great. Highly recommend this place if we didn’t have to leave tomorrow and come back tomorrow night again, thanks for the great service and food and desserts. Well worth the time. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful experience at TRS Coral! Reyna at the front desk was super helpful and very nice and informative! We had an excellent server named Jaime at Capricho! Jaime anticipated our needs at breakfast and made our meal fun and enjoyable!! Every member of the staff was always nice and polite with a smile!

We LOVED this resort and our experience. We stayed here for 10 days and have nothing but great things to say. The rooms were wonderful, our butlers Cesar and Sostenes were wonderful. Our first butlers Alfredo was not good at all, so we were happy when he was replaced.

Meals were outstanding! Our favourite was the sushi restaurant! The sushi table was so much fun. Beaches were amazing and the pool service was top notch. There was lots of places to sit and different pools depending on how we felt for the day! Overall we were blown away by this resort and can’t wait to go back!

Ruben and Uriel are awesome! They helped make all the pool activities so much fun! 100% recommend the pool pole dancing!
The servers Rodrigo and Rodger are the best as well. They are fast and very attentive! Get your pool spots early and hangout here all day!
