Spent a nice two days at Bahia Tolok. Was initially concerned as our room faced the road but it was silent. Nice big room. The pool is nice but not heated which is fine u less you happen to visit during a cold snap like we did. It’s a 15-20 min walk to downtown or 5 min by golf cart. The staff was super helpful fixing a problem we had with our fire alarm as well as giving us transport back to the dock to catch the ferry. Breakfast was also very good. Eggs, pancakes and coffee out on the patio.

This beautiful quite hotel is located about 15 minutes walking South of the ferry dock. It has very traditional decor with a modern feel! We had a city view room with an outdoor kitchen and balcony. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close enough to downtown to walk if you didn't want to rent a golf cart. It has plenty of cart parking. Only wish is that the restaurant was open, but just like everywhere else they have trouble staffing it. So it was closed during our stay. Not to worry, you are only a few steps from a few other choices including the Islands favorite margherita at Soggy Peso (two will make your day a good day!). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice relaxing time on the island.

We enjoyed it stay here. Our room was a good size, great shower, then we had a private covered outside area with a kitchen and a private deck. We were concerned being on the road side that it would be noisy but it was very quiet at night. Dock was great with a hammock on the end you watch the sunset. Staff was helpful. Would recommend.

Really cute boutique hotel just south of town. We had a big room with a private outside kitchen area and a private deck. We were on the road side and were concerned about noise but it was very quiet at night. The breakfast area is right on the water and there is a hammock at the end of the dock to watch the sun set. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We checked in on March 1 2023. Francis was working the desk and he was an absolute treasure to be greeted by. The rooms are absolutely amazing. The decor is so inviting. The beds are also really comfortable. The saltwater pool was very refreshing and clean. The view of the lagoon was lovely and the sunsets were so beautiful. Coffee in the morning from Lennie or Angel was always tasty! Dana who works the front desk is also the sweetest person. I can't say enough about the staff and how attentive they are. We will miss all the staff!!!!

Thanks again ,

Mike and Carol

Absolutely love this cute and fairly new hotel. The place is super clean! The beds are very comfortable, nice traditional but modern Mexican decoration.
Francis, the front desk manager was so helpful and friendly.. he always had a smile and an answer to every question about the island. Amazing service!! We’ll definitely be back.

This is an incredible hotel with all the amenities you need! The staff are extremely responsive on Whatsapp if you have any questions prior to arriving or during your stay. Their number is on their website. I have to emphasize how kind, caring and helpful the staff are. Francis and Dana were lovely and had plenty of recommendations to make your stay comfortable. The hotel has a pool and a restaurant right by the water. It is a quiet spot and centrally located. I will be coming back here when I visit Isla next.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was so kind and friendly, the rooms had great sheets, water pressure, high ceilings, a/c. My only complaint is that my room did not have much natural light which was fine for me because I slept really well and there was a lot of outdoor spaces to hang at. Francis at the front desk was so lovely and kind. Breakfast was pretty good and the pool was lovely to cool off in after a day at the beach. A few things to note if you stay here: you will want to rent a bike, golf cart or scooter because the hotel is in an area about 20min/25min walk from downtown (which doesn’t seem like much but when it’s hot it’s not ideal). Also, they had asked for a 25% deposit before I arrived via PayPal or bank transfer. This initially concerned me because I don’t normally send bank transfers or PayPal to ppl before getting some confirmation that it’s safe to do so but this was their policy and everything turned out well. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful and peaceful little gem. Short drive from the ferry. Amazing sunset views, refreshing salt water pool. WiFi worked great in the room. A very pleasant stay!

My husband and I visit Isla a few times a year and like to stay different places each time. I was incredibly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The pool is great, views are fantastic, it’s clean, comfy beds, and complimentary coffee and fruit in the morning is a nice touch! 5 stars all around. We will be back!

What an incredible gem of a place. No beach but it's right in the water and they have a beautiful salt water pool. The two bedroom apartment was incredible. I've traveled the world and it's one of the best places I've stayed. Family owned business and everyone is really nice. Peaceful and Serene.

We are so very happy we found this beautiful place. We enjoyed everyone who worked there, so friendly we felt like we were home. I wish we could have stayed forever. It's amenities (kayaks, free breakfast, private water access, hammocks, etc) added even more to what would have already been a wonderful stay.
Thank you so much for your hospitality, we hope to visit again!

Most definitely the right spot, not in the center but close enough to walk. Great bar next door Skulls where the locals hang out and are all exceptionally welcoming. Hotel was clean and tidy, with fridge and coffee making facilities, would definitely go Back and stay. Call them direct for the best price.

We had a marvelous time. The entire staff was so polite and bent over backward to make our stay the best. We will definitely be returning. One of the things I definitely appreciated was that they offer a golf car rental for 24 hours. I was worried we would have to take a taxi into the downtown area to rent one, but this was so much more convenient. PRO TIP: bring CASH.

Great boutique hotel on the bay side of Isla Mujeres. Super friendly staff, ultra clean rooms, and great amenities. Awesome location, right down the street from Soggy Peso. The pool is great too. There is not a single negative thing to say about our stay and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful hotel on Isla.

Very friendly staff, and the hotel was very clean. They have a mini fridge in the room stocked with beer and soda and water. Its a great price, you could have a whole vacation right here without ever leaving the hotel.

The general manager Ilene, Kevin the bartender, Julian the bartender, Elena and Sandy at the front desk, Rosita the cook, the maids that made sure your room was as sparkling as the rest of the hotel...all these people made this a wonderful experience on the the Island. My group decided to stay an extra day because of our comfort level.

I just hit 1,000,000 views and so happy I can share this place. This is only day 1 and I am lovin' it. It's frickin' 😎 cool! I have to get my pics tomorrow but I assure you you won't be disappointed. Not only is it truly Boutique style but also the vibe. Fantastic. I can't wait until Sunset 🌇 tomorrow. It would be easy to just sit down at their beach area and get Sorority-girl buzzed. Whoo-Hoo, Go Pal! So far, best spot as far as smaller hotels on the island we have been to on the island. I will update on rooms, service, etc as I experience it here.

I wish we’d found this incredible hotel on day one — hands down the most luxurious, comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing place to stay in Isla Mujeres for the price. Rooms are clean and stylish, same for the pools and entertainment area. We ate dinner at the table on the deck and watched the boats, then used the hammock chairs and put our feet in the sand, then watched the sunset on the water. We rented a golf cart to see the island, drove to get food, then parked in front of the hotel in between. Check in and check out were easy, the staff was friendly. We had a great experience and would definitely come back.
