Nautibeach Condos

The hotel is just a short walk from the Ferry. The security will let you in as soon as you let them know you are a guest. Everyone was very friendly, although most people did not speak any English (which I didn't expect). The room was clean, no bugs, and had 5 gallon jugs of water. The AC was great, and the location was perfect. You have chairs every day to sit on, whether on the beach or at the pool.
The neighboring attractions do get extremely busy so be prepared for crowds. Also people will walk up and try to sell you things. The ice pops were welcomed sales :-) because it was hot!! The pool felt more like a bathtub. The servers will walk around and bring you food or drinks.

Absolute best location. The property is right off of North Beach. You only have to arrive in the morning to reserve your beach chairs (no payment needed). Very family friendly. Our 15-year-old enjoyed the grounds and took advantage of the pool and beach.

Our room was very clean. The AC worked very well and the grounds were very quiet starting at 10-10:30 p.m. We were able to relax day and night.

The Mayan Beach Club services the pool and beach and has delicious cocktails and bites. No need to venture far when your spending your day on the beach!

Manuel was the best waiter at the club. He took care of us all week.

If you are considering excursions or golf cart rentals, go directly through the condo. Their pricing is similar if not better and they work with locals. We booked the 3 hour snorkel excursion which I highly recommend. We also rented a golf cart for 24 hours. They also have access to fast and convenient taxi services.

Cons:
-You are only allowed 1 clean beach and bath towel per day/per person.
-The beds in our suite were very firm, but after a long day on the beach we still slept well.
-The road walking up to the condo is not great because it can get minor flooding if it rains.

I loved everything about nautibeach this was our second time staying there...we stayed in #33 wrap around deck. I loved that there is water to drink and ☕ coffee.

Almost at the end of our 5 weeks Mexico trip I can say this is the best place we've stayed. Expensive but worth it. Our apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the toilet and shower worked very well and the view form the balcony was beautiful. The beach you can access from the residence is great too and very enjoable. The mango smoothies are great :)

Beautiful tropical gardens as you enter and a friendly, efficient front desk staff. The suite was pretty and well stocked with a beautiful view of the water. The pool was very nice as well.

The shower was spotty at best with hot water, lukewarm water, cold water, then hot water but the water was wet! All good!!

We stayed at Nautibeach for 4 nights and I am dreaming of the next time. The rooms were perfect for our family. We didn't spend too much of our time there however because the beach was 30 seconds away! Having a kitchen and the advice of local places to shop/eat we had the ability to make the time we spent there the best vacation yet! We are a little messy and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning what they could and leaving the rest. The security/gate crew were very welcoming and helpful with our questions, even with our language barrier.
The Mayan restaurant was not only delicious, quick and well priced, they were also very helpful with advice for us during our stay. We arrived at closing time at the start our trip and the restaurant let us order and provided excellent service for us. Muchos Gracias Don, Raul and everyone at The Mayan!!

One issue we had and is no fault of the staff in my opinion. Guests from the area would claim beach chairs at 7am and not use them. Sometimes even past 12pm. 5 hours of empty chairs claimed by towels. IMHO if they are not used within an hour of being claimed they should be removed and returned to the guests condo/hotel. A WHOLE front row of seats unused in the most beautiful setting! Shameful.

We stayed at an all-inclusive resort for the last two nights of our trip, and while it was fun and had many pools etc., we will be doing our darndest to have our whole trip next time at Nautibeach. It FELT like a vacation on Isla Mujeres! We got to meet different people from Isla and around the world. At the all-inclusive we met almost no one and it felt like we were in anywhere, USA.

We absolutely loved this place! We had a two bedroom (#33) and it was very nice. The rooms were spacious and had nice beds, dressers, and closet space. The kitchen and living room area were large and well-appointed. Everyone was kind and helpful -- Javier, who works at the gate, was friendly every time we went in and out and truly got to know us during our week there. The pool is nice, and walking just a few steps further to be on Playa Norte was probably the greatest perk of the whole place.

Great place to stay. Clean, plenty of space rooms with a small balcony. Small kitchen area if you choose to do your own cooking. Keith Turner "the owner", is a very nice guy. Affordable as compared to some of the hotels. Close to the water and a nice swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our time here! Grounds very well kept, always felt safe! We rented from VRBO-condo owner (Katy) and the process was smooth-checking in, maintenance that needed to be done, housekeeping, renting golf carts, and checking out. The beach is amazing and pool is nice! There is a restaurant on site that is pretty good as well.

Nice and quiet place for families to stay and relax. Right on the north beach, walking distance from the port and downtown. They have a pool and beach chairs available at no extra charge. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can rent paddle boards and canoes on the beach for 15$/h. There is also a beach restaurant where you can get some food and drinks, its a little more expensive than other places in the city but you pay for convenience staying right on the beach.

Great location, rooms could use a bit of updating but we knew that going in. Friendly staff. Would definitely return. Tip the entrance security guys for good karma.

Excellent place to stay in Isla Mujeres , this property has the best location in all isla, walking distance from downtown , the condos are clean and neat, the sunsets are just unreal ( 5 stars just for the sunset), having a drink at the bar in the afternoon is just chilling and relaxing. Overall 5/5

Very relaxing surroundings, located on North Beach with a crystal clear pool. Condos are colorful and kept very clean. Great place to escape to. Careful about Saturday night - very loud music from a nearby disco may ruin a relaxing evening.

Highly recommend owners rental pool. Perfect place for a family or group that wants to be beachfront. North beach is absolutely the place to be on the island and the facility is excellent.

spectacular views, staff and food. always clean and neat. not a party place, as music is not loud or thumping, but you can still kick it up if you want to.. definitely will be back!!

Excellent place to stay. The fu kitchen is great for families who don't wish to eat out every meal. The condos are located in Playa Norte and is a great location.

Really nice and spacious (privately owned) condos. Close to everything and still located in the more calm part of the North beach.

Nautibeach condos are clean, affordable, with excellent service. The beach below is gorgeous. The restaurant on the beach had excellent food. I cannot wait to go back. ❤
