Eloy was our guide and he was fantastic! We went to Monte Alban, and to eat, see pottery, chocolate and more. The van was Mercedes and fine, driver excellent too.

Eloy was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive clear and patient.

It was wonderful and amazing to have a true Zapotec guide tell us about his city, world, area, culture and ancestors!

I would do it again in a heartbeat and the price was right! A great experience!

With Eloy who handled our big group of 11 English and Spanish speakers well and with efficient professionalism

1 Monte Alban ie Mt Blanc. Zapotec Ruins close to Oaxaca which look enduro friendly..

2. Super cool wood carvings of spirit animals from Artists Coopeative at Arrazola. Could not find fungal toe spirit animal but found a bici plus gawked at amazing jaguars and puma

3. Ate too much good at all you can eat Oaxacan buffet in Cuilapan.

4. Was so full and had a siesta so didn't really enjoy or take in black pottery at Alfaria Doña Rosa.

5. Got my second wind for orange chocolate at La Soledad

Tour guide Ely is amazing at story telling and is knowledgeable in many aspects of the tour. I ask questions and he always had great answers that were informative. Our driver Ezequiel was also a great driver who made us feel very safe throughout the whole experience and not to mention TIGHT AND REDUCED streets of Oaxaca. A great company that I’ve used in my last trip to Oaxaca before this most recent trip and I had great experiences both times. They also have private tours that I highly recommend! The Monte Albán & Hierve el Agua tours are my tops suggestions!

Great travel agency, they’re quick to reply, offer hotel pick-up and tours in English and Spanish. Payment can be done by bank transfer or cash on the day. Prices seem to be slightly better than other agencies I saw online as well.

Definitely recommend the whole day Hierve el Agua and Monte Alban tours if you got time! 👌🏼

We were so happy to find and get to know Orlando and his team! My mother and I visited Oaxaca City two years ago and choosing tours was very hard, because there are so many and seem very similar. We weren't impressed with the ones we had that year, so this time planned a part of a day just to find the "right" one. There are so many tour guides, on the street and in offices, taking the time to look around made it even more challenging. THEN, we met Orlando. Full of energy and with great English, he made us feel comfortable, taken care of and like we were going to get the exact tour we wanted, all without the pushy, hard sale. We booked the basic tour to Monte Alban and we were so happy. The guide that day was Juan Reyes and he spoke great English and had so much history and knowledge, we were thrilled! We then booked the cemetery tour with them and it was equally amazing! So impressed, we got energetic and booked the Dominican tour that took us far into the mountains, touring beautiful churches, an incredible waterfall and an amazing little organic village. We had 3 fantastic tour, all completely unique!
This is a very professional group! Great transportation, knowledgeable guides and all around wonderful experience! We will definitely book tours with them again and would high reccomend them to anyone! Knowing a good guide in Oaxaca City saves you time and stress of not knowing. We are so glad to find them!💖🇮🇷

I took the tour of Monte Albán with guide Eloy and driver Ezekiel! Eloy is a fantastic tour guide—so knowledgeable, fun, and energetic. He is a proud Zapotec man and loves to teach about the culture and history. Later, we had a great conversation about natural medicine, culture, and other philosophical things. Thank you Eloy, I’ll never forget you! 💙

I took the tour to Hierve de agua and it was great. It also included a guided visit to Mitla, a craft workshop, a mezcal distilliry, and finally a visit to arbol del tule. Adir was an exceptional guide, super knowledgeable and charismatic, many thanks to him and Luis!

Me and my friend went on a guided tour with them. Was a very good experience. Our guide Luis was very knowledgeable and entraining at the same time. He took a consideration about that we didn't speak Spanish and was translating everything into English. I would recommend Oaxaca Dreams and Luis as a guide.

Oaxaca Dreams was my 4th Day Tour. We did the Monte Alban Tour. Loved the shared history, and Cultural facts about there Pyramids and Oaxaca in general. The restaurant was way out town. It was great! I also would highly recommend them for my tours in Oaxaca. Thank you for making this a memorable trip.

I had a great tour to Hierve El Agua(+ tula tree, Mitla, mezcal tour and more) with tour guide Adir! You could notice that he genuinely enjoys his job: he showed interest in everybody in the tour and during the tour told interesting facts and funny anecdotes. He spoke both Spanish and flawless English (it was a combined tour). Would highly recommend!

One tip if you are taking this tour: take plenty of cash because you have to pay the entree fees to ancient sites, the tree of tula, lunch etc. and you might spend some money on souvenirs.

Elroy made our trip to Mt Albany more than memorable. His knowledge and humor, shared in both Englis and Spanish, was appreciated by every one. Even when a few of our fellow passengers were Very Late in returning to the van, he kept his cool as well as the rest of us. We recommend Elroy, our guide, and Chicke the driver fantastic!! We will be recommending you to anyone looking for a Oaxaca tou.

I was a little worried about going on such a long tour but I’m so glad I did. Our guide Adir was amazing and provided not only great info about each place but has a great sense of humor as well.

I enjoyed every spot we went to which included the Tule tree, a coffee/chocolate/bread shop that also had delicious tamales, a carpet factory, hierve el agua, mitla, stop at 4pm to a restaurant with a buffet (plenty of vegetarian options), and finally a mezcal factory. There was just enough time at each place so you never get bored and it keeps the pace moving. Make sure to bring enough cash for all the entrance fees, food and anything else you might want to buy along the way.

Driving between each location was never too long and the spots seemed perfectly spaced out. Really enjoyed each spot and would highly recommend this tour company!!

Adir was an amazing tour guide who expertly catered to both Spanish and English speakers. He's born and raised in Oaxaca so he knows the place really well and was happy to share his knowledge on culture, tradition and gastronomy.

He's genuinely happy to share all the secrets of his home with anyone who will listen. 10/10 recommend.

Thank you for your great service! The transportation was clean, new, and always on time. The driver was very nice and accomodating. A especial shout out to our guide Adir who went above and beyond to make sure our girl was taken care of, and all their needs were met, they were very satisfied with your services 😎. Overall a very pleasant experience would 100% recommend.

Had a really enjoyable tour which included lessons in local rug making, a trip to the natural pools and mezcal tasting. We felt the tour was great value for money and despite there being a few extra charges to local villagers for access to the local pools (65 pesos pp), everything was well organised and the guides were incredibly helpful. Definitely glad we did the tour and learned far more than expected!

We were fortunate enough to experience a full day tour with Adir that covered Hierve el Agua, a hand loomed textile and dye factory (where I purchased the most gorgeous rug from the family-owned and operated business), a Mezcal “factory” and a black ceramics town.

Honestly, we had the best time. Adir is an incredibly charming, intelligent and knowledgeable tour guide and we would recommend him and Oaxaca Dreams to anyone in a heartbeat. He impressed our entire group with his attention to detail and his professionalism, and he kept what could have felt like a long day fun and upbeat. Thank you so much, Adir. We hope to see you again soon.
