Ishuakara House Studio Oaxaca

I visited the gallery and did an individual watercolor workshop what I enjoyed a lot 🎨 Unfortunately I can’t remember the teacher’s name, only that he was very friendly, talented and nice vibes.

I tok a Gravure class with Armando & I loved it. He was very passionate, talented, professional & kind. It was my first class & he explained everything I needed to know in a very kindly way. I recommend this place if you are in Oaxaca & want to discover art. Gracias Armando!

I loved my ceramics workshop here! My teacher had me start with breaking down raw clay from the local mountains, and he explained the different processes locals use to make vessels. He was very patient with all my questions. I'd love to go again!

A wonderful evening of crafts for me and my wife and our 12 year old son. Armando was so kind and helpful and the atmosphere in the studio is peaceful and creative. We loved it.

Armando is a great guy and teacher. It’s pretty rare to find teachers who are so multitalented. I didn’t have much time and we managed to make journals, Lino print and wood cut. I was so happy with the end product and I really enjoyed the process. He has good taste in music too! It was truly art therapy and I’m so glad I found these classes. It really rekindled my love with arts and crafts.

Best place to create, best company and Armando is a great guy, super talented, patient and incredible human being. I definitely recommend Ishuakara to anyone who wants to be part of Oaxaca from its core: Art, warmth and friendship.

Tiene mucha variedad en cursos de artes plásticas 🤩, yo he tomado cursos de pintura acrílica, al óleo y escultura. Me han servido muchísimo y gracias a su enseñanza y técnica he terminado varías obras artísticas que había tenido en mente. Además de que el ambiente en la galería es muy ameno 👌 recomiendo totalmente 💯

He tomado un curso de 2h y lo recomiendo para todos que quieren llevarse un recuerdo especial de este lugar mágico.. La clase era espontánea y tranquila, guiada con mucha experiencia del dueño.. Muchas gracias!

Recomiendo ampliamente visitar la casa Estudio, el lugar es muy tranquilo y con diferentes articulos; he comprado un par de cuadros y cada vez me parece que se ven mejor en la casa, Armando es muy amable y la seleccion musical es relajante!

Uno de los lugares más relajantes y geniales, es una galería fuera de lo convencional, el acercamiento con el arte va mucho más allá de solo mirar los colores y las formas, puedes tomar clases e inundarte de esa paz que la gráfica ofrece, los jueves hacen algunas muestras de cine por las noches, la plática es amena con el maestro Armando quien es propietario del lugar, Sense una vuelta y consuman local, cada pintura lleva una historia sin duda alguna

experiencia inolvidable con el aprendizaje de conocimientos de modo completamente práctico que te permite hacer increíbles creaciones :)
