Great options for a light lunch at this cheery cafe. Our server didn’t smile or welcome us, but food arrived hot and as ordered. :) The chicken sandwich is tasty with fresh vegetables and tender and flavorful chicken. An updated take on beans-on-toast can’t be beat—a great option for vegetarians. Try the tejate drink—sweet and refreshing!

This little cafe serves a hearty breakfast at a good price. The coffee was very good and so was the chocolate. The servers are very nice and helpful. We sat and hung out after our meal because I work remotely and had to get some things done prior to exploring the town and they were very nice about it. I would recommend this cafe to anyone looking for both a traditional American eggs, bacon, and toast as well as Mexican breakfast items. We are heading back tomorrow for round two.

One of the oldest cafés of the city… It’s small but well ventilated, and has a chill atmosphere to read the news or chat a bit with old friends.

This is where I buy my beans as they have a good house blend, and a variety of others to try.

My favourite place to work in Oaxaca. Good WiFi, great coffee and (chai) tea. I had lunch here twice and it was both times really good. The waiters are really nice and helpful too

Tried their chilaquiles con pollo in salsa verde. Now I have a gold standard for chilaquiles and I don't know any restaurant from where I live in the US can come as close or better than this one's! Coffee was also great! 🏅🏅🏅

Wow! What an amazing little cafe with the best Oaxaca and Mexican breakfast options ! Highly recommend this place. Try the traditional Oaxaceño hot chocolate .... you won’t be disappointed !

Amazing little find for lunch in Oaxaca - food is exceptional and low prices. The goats cheese salad with caramalised almonds and apple dressing is one of the best salads i have ever tasted! Muy muy bien

Stopped in here for to go coffee every day of my trip in Oaxaca and it was perfect! Every day I was greeted by friendly faces, and given a cheap and delicious coffee with very fast service.

Cafe Excelente!! I’ve been to 3 other cafes in the area and the lattes tasted bland. This one had good crema, great taste and kind staff. This will be my go to for the duration of my stay. Gracias amigos!

Just a great place. Nice environment, small but cozy. I haven't had actual meals there yet, but the espresso is excellent, the homemade pastries like pie and cookies are just fantastic, service is fast and top notch, very friendly.

Very nice place, good coffee and all we had from the menu was delicious, from huevos zapatecos to the bagles.

I ate breakfast here five days in a row while visiting Oaxaca. It seems to be very popular with locals, and for good reason. I tried a variety of food, and it was all fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive, and food came out quickly.
