Zoológico Los Coyotes

So many axoltyl! Free zoo, not a lot of animals, but the ones we saw looked reasonably happy. Playground. Skate park. Clean free bathrooms. Seems to be a park locals go to for exercise and making out, but in a wholesome way. Felt very safe.

Clean, safe and friendly with the environment. Great to take a walk, run or ride a bike. There's some exercise machines that can be used to do different experiences. There's some animals and plants that you can see and learn about it.

Good recreational spot free of charge that just happens to house some animals. That's the best way to describe it. There's a gym and several playgrounds as well as jogging and biking trails. The ground site is well maintained and soothing thanks to the plethora of different plants and flowers.
The squirrels like to be fed and will walk right up to you.

Park/zoo that has some excellent areas to also lie down and take in some fresh air. It's on the small side but its kept in excellent conditions.

Great place to take the kids. The zoo is very small but at least very well kept and the animals look happy. You can also organise parties in the palapas. The bathrooms are very clean.

Even though I would not consider this a “zoo”, because there’s a lot of missing animals, it’s a really clean and well maintained park.

It's a very special place to visit, they have some animals and the park is very well maintained. You can rent bikes and buy food. And it's free entrance

It's a beautiful place full of good energy and peace. The police in there is really helpful with guidance or anything. Everyone is really kind and friendly and it has a lot of areas to have fun or to exercise.

Great place to go for a run or walk with well maintained paths. Small but surprisingly good snake collection. Not too busy on a Monday either. Liked the bird life and relaxed atmosphere.

Relaxing park great for walking, jogging and cycling. Parties can be thrown here.

Great place to see animals native to the area. I can't believe this attraction is free to enter.

We arrived at the cayote and wolf enclosures right before lunch time (2pm) and the animals were very active. After they had been fed they were less active.

Lovely, clean, well-kept park with small zoo and a variety of fitness opportunities - skate park, jogging track, fitness equipment. Toilets are basic but clean and there's a wee stall selling cold drinks, crisps and sweets.

The skatepark is really great and there's a cop standing at the entrance to the park also has free parking!

A great spot to hang out and enjoy some peace. Off the beaten tourist track.
