Allegro Cozumel - All Inclusive

We had a wonderful time at Allegro! The best part of the resort was the kids club and the childcare and activities. My kids were with Cecelia the entire day with fun activities that were planned for them. Cecelia went above and behind to take them to lunch so my husband and I could eat a meal with j our own. She was so friendly and accommodating. My children loved her! I highly recommend this resort and especially to take advantage of the kids club for some quiet time.

Amazing trip! We had a clean, comfortable adjoining double room. They standard food was good and what you would expect from a buffet. We really enjoyed the oriental restaurant and Italian restaurants.

The beach was clean with amazing views and good snorkeling. Our excursions picked us up at the hotel dock which was very convenient.
Angel and Roger made each day at the beach fun! Lots of activities. The evening shows were surprisingly great and was a perfect way to the end the night. The late night DJ kept the party going. Lots of bars throughout the property with fast service.
Overall the whole family loved the trip and we are ready to come back. Amazing memories and service!

The entertainment staff made our trip fantastic.
David was great he kept us busy with lots of activities. My kids had lots of fun with his activities.

Absolutely amazing! The friendliest staff we have encountered. It was our first time here and my kids absolutely felt comfortable with everyone and all the activities! This is a must for family especially with small children. Safe, clean, lovely environment and I cannot say enough of the staff and the kindness they showed me and my family!

Great experience at Allegro! Pool was very nice and facility was awesome. Arbey, Roger, Angel, and Luis were GREAT and made our experience so much better. There were lots of activities that kept everyone entertained! Overall great experience!

Stopped in for a resort for a day pass while on a cruise ship. THE BEST customer service!! Outstanding!! Tons of things to do here! We took a small sailboat for a ride on the beach. Swam in the pools. Nice beach access on the oceanfront. Lots of food choices with a buffet style snack bar for lunch. Swim up bar. Kayaks. Lots of pools. Also has a small waterpark for the kids! Easily accessible. Well kept and a very relaxing place, I could easily spend a whole week here!

We have been to many all inclusive resorts. This is definitely one of our new favorites. Every single employee was amazing.
Great food choices but the main thing was the amazing entertainment crew, Angel, Arbey and Roger are all fantastic. They make the vacation. I rate this a 5 out of 6

Had a great family vacation to Allegro. The service was fantastic. Veronica and Jorge ensured our son’s allergies were well-taken care of each meal and that was so appreciated. Merari in the kids club and her coworker were very kind and did a great job ensuring our kids had a wonderful experience each day. Scuba diving was excellent.

The beach is amazing, perfect!! My son said it looks like paradise!! The staff were fabulous, shout out to Arbey with beach volleyball, his enthusiasm was infectious!! And all those that headed the kids club activities, Merari and Cecilia, my daughter loved them!!!!

Had a great time at allegro! Highly recommend. Food was good, service was good, and the staff is great! Our family and I love David and our bartender Juan Carlos. The activities during the week were great as well. Volleyball, Zumba, water aerobics. The plumbing is the only issue we had, our shower wouldn’t drain, our toilet gurgled, the fridge wouldn’t get cold, and the a/c would run non stop. But that really didn’t bother us. Thank you!

My first time in Cozumel and everything was great. Arby, Roger, and Angel were the best and made the trip so enjoyable. I definitely recommend! All food, activities and service was great!

We loved our stay at Allegro. All vacations are what you make them really, wanna focus on the bad, that’s all you’ll experience. The staff are wonderful and they try really hard to make your stay enjoyable. The water and the beach are amazing and we met so many people who return Year after year.
Put a large $ bill in one of the workers hand and their smile, awe and gratitude will make every penny you spent on your vacation, worth it.

This resort is so nice! The room service was great, but the room itself wasn't the best, the AC wouldn't go lower than 20C, the refrigerator wasn't cold, and the shower didn't drain and ended up flooding the room. But the food was great, the service was good. Entertainment and activity staff was great, especially David! Very personable, friendly and had a great time with him!

Had an amazing time here with Araby and he made the place so much fun to stay at! Was totally worth it and really enjoyed all the activities and the food to be honest was really really good and the chefs and hostess were really kind and made me and my family feel super comfortable!

We had a wonderful time during our 10 days at Allegro Cozumel! The staff in absolutely amazing and take care of all your needs. We loved the tacos served by the pool! Again we had an amazing time!!

Had a fantastic week here with my wife and friends! Very relaxing, great swimming both in pool and ocean, lots of staff led programming as well.

The food was decent and had a variety of things to choose from depending on your mood, as well as ample snacks. There are also restaurants you can reserve spots at. I would highly recommend the Teppanyaki food experience, tons of fun and very delicious! Ample drinks to be had at numerous bars means you're never far from being refilled.

There are nightly shows, I particularly enjoyed the ribbon dancing they had. As well, there is a mini-nightclub that's fun to go to. Saw some cool wildlife (star fish, fish). Enjoyed seeing the pelicans, turtle, and random lizards too.

Special shout out to Arbey, he was a fantastic host to the resort. He had bountiful energy and remembered personal details well. He definitely increased my enjoyment of the resort and I would recommend that anyone visiting get to know him!

Big shoutout to the Sports and Entertainment team, Arbey, Roger, and David which made the trip special and filled with laughter and activities! Allegro had the best beach volleyball ever. The beach was nice with lots of chairs and decent snorkelling available. Rooms were clean with great AC. Food was pretty good, buffets were consistent and better than most - would recommend the Mexican restaurant. Only thing I wished for was better late night food options.

Stayed here quite awhile ago & forgot to write a review. Had a 1 week stay with my husband here & it was lovely! The location & staff were great & the food was decent too! The only thing we complained about at the time was the people trying to sell you travel time-shares (not sure if this is still happening there though?) and a messup with our excursion package that was a bit embarrassing for us on arrival. The people that sold it to us did everything to make up for this however. Overall though, great trip & experience! I loved our room looking like huts! Just a beautiful location! Would visit again!

We stayed at Allegro Cozumel and we loved it. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.The girls at the kids club were fantastic! Merari made my 6 year old daughter’s extra special. She was very attentive and caring! My daughter was looking forward to spend time with her every day. They had many activities and they were all tailored to the needs and the age of the kids attending the club on the day!
The food was also great! And Wilma took good care of us from the very first day!
The entertainment for the adults was amazing too. Teresa made sure all room is tidy and clean on a daily basis! Everyone worked tirelessly and gave their all to ensure we have the best time.
