Our convention here was a resounding success, due in large measure to housing 600+ delegates on-site, thus needing only a lift to get to the venue. Only issue was 7am restaurant opening & 7.30am for first meeting (but better scheduling could resolve this)

We had a wonderful visit. The website said that breakfast was included which it wasn't. Still very good and I highly recommend.

Favorite hotel in Guadalajara! The staff was so helpful and very friendly! The rooms were clean and comfortable. This will be our go to spot for our next vacations.

It was really nice, everithing looks super clean and fancy, there is a lot of parking space and the staff its pretty nice too, even if one of the streets outside is closed due to some work that is been taking forever, but well thats totally not their fault and its not gona last forever. It was a really good experience!

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. I suggest the executive rooms. Only basic cable though. Beds are very good.
