Hotel Casa de Las Flores Bed and Breakfast

Beautiful surroundings, warm and exquisite rooms and welcoming hosts. This is the quintessential Mexican boutique B&B. From the welcoming cocktail to the evening margaritas . . . From the delicious made to order breakfast to the late evening dessert, everything is just perfect. Art and gardens at every turn. Who could ask for anything more? You will not be disappointed.

Three of us stayed in two different rooms for a week in mid-January. We've traveled all over Mexico, but this is the most wonderful place we've stayed. We thought of staying in Guadalajara, but decided to switch it around and stay here and visit Guadalajara. So glad we did. First, the hosts. Stan and Jose are sooooo charming and funny. Plus Stan is a history and art expert, plus a fabulous cook, and Jose is such an amazing gardener. The garden is a beautiful oasis of blooms and birds, and the accommodations and common areas are like a folkart museum. Packed with beautiful local ceramics and paintings. Colorful, tasteful, fascinating. We all had super comfortable beds with high quality touches and amenities. Plus, Stan arranges for an excellent English speaking driver, Luis, to take you on tours for $20-$25 USD/hour. He took us to six ceramic artisan studios in nearby Tonala (two of us had to buy an extra suitcase), the Herradura Distillery near Tequila (that warrants a whole review on it's own), plus he'll pick you up at the airport or make the short drive to Guadalajara. He'll also recommend great places to eat - all on the mark. But wait, there's more! Stan makes the most abolutelyl unique, delicious and creative breakfasts with egg crepes stuffed with spinach and mushrooms, or eggs with coconut and saffron. They're almost too beautiful to eat.... almost. Every evening he makes a beautiful cake - we had strawberry cake, corn cake, chocolate cake. We'd try to rush back to make sure we didn't miss it. The staff is wonderful, and we had the best fresh margaritas and cocktails at their charming little bar (thank you Blas and Pablo), and we learned so much about the history of the town and the area. In short, I can't wait to go back. We loved the town with the charming square, shops and fantastic museums, but it wouldn't have been so special without Casa de las Flores. The price is a steal. Can't believe what you get for the price. Can't recommend it highly enough. Six stars! Thanks Stan and Jose!

My week long stay here was so relaxing. Jose and all of wonderful staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in the door. Once you enter inside you feel are greeted with absolutely beautiful art work, pottery & crafts.
The courtyard is very tranquil and relaxing. There are tons of plants, birds, a waterfall, fireplace and chairs/table tucked away in little private corners.
Thru out our stay everyone was so helpful with directions and basic tourist information we needed.
The breakfast each morning was very delicious and filling. Some of the receipes were that of Stan's whom is a chef.
We stayed in the Master Suite which was beutifully decorated and huge space. It included 2 beds and a seperate livingroom area. The beds were indeed quite comfy so that pleased me.

Quaint, lovely bed and breakfast operated by knowledgeable hosts. Lush gardens, delicious breakfast and bar, packed with antique and new ceramics.

Simply Marvelous. Enchanted Garden, excellent service, homemade goodies. Rooms are clean & modern but not fancy.

A real home away from home as we have only one home in GDA and that is it as a matter of fact I have never stayed anywhere else and this is my tenth time this year 2017

One of the best B&B or hotel experiences you could hope for. A must when in Guadalajara!

La atención por parte de sus anfitriones es inigualable, personalizado y muy atentos, sus áreas de estar son increíbles para disfrutar de un rico descanso, cero disturbios, ideal para relajarte y recorrer el pintoresco barrio de Tlaquepaque, sus galerías de arte, etc.

Excelente, ubicado en el corazón de Tlaquepaque, un punto de encuentro con distintas expresiones del arte mexicano, con anfitriones fuera de serie. Hotel Casa de las Flores donde te vas a querer quedar

Es un Hotel muy Bonito por el simple hecho de ser Rústico y pues conlleva su comodidad y confort para Descansar muy Agusto
