Holiday Inn Express Guadalajara Aeropuerto, an IHG Hotel

Loved!! Super close to the airport, very clean, and great service! Only got a few pictures but I would definitely stay here again & recommend. Chili’s and Denny’s are just a few feet away and the hotel also offers free airport shuttles.

Very clean and conveniently less than 10 mins from airport. There is security at entrance that will ask your reason for going into that parking lot since it's for 2 hotels, Dennys and chilis (conveniently walking distance without having to leave that area). They shuttle to anywhere within 10 mile radius but you have to double check as it's not 24/7. Will def stay here again if im in the area.

Decent hotel for a quick stay. Location is very convenient to the airport. Staff was very nice and professional. Will stay here again. There is a Denny's and Chili's right next to the hotel.

Very modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff and great clean pool. Easy computer access and I noticed that it has a meeting room, perfect for business. Beds are comfy and tv channel selection is great! English & Spanish. 20 mins away from Cathedral. Breakfast was decent. Will definitely have my family stay here again.

Nice place to spend the night before your flight. Close to the airport, the hotel offers free shuttle too. It's also convenient to have a chilli's and Denny's outside.

We have stayed here often. We feel safe (gated entry). The staff is always helpful and courteous. There is a Dennys and a Chilis in the parking lot. The shuttle is prompt and new. Airport is about a 10 minute shuttle ride.

As you would expect from the Express chain good place to stay when travelling. The breakfast wasn't great, the hot food was cold even when topped up on the so called hot plate, had pastries and coffee.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property due to it's proximity to the airport and not in the city center. The hotel check-in was fast, staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean. Due to increasing cases of COVID-19, they've continued to implement additional safety protocols to ensure that all guests are healthy and safe. My family enjoyed the variety offered for breakfast. This property offers free airport shuttle service. If there was one thing, I would ask to improve would be to be more detailed about the laundry service provided at the hotel. I was hoping to be able to wash/dry some clothes as I have at other Holiday Inn properties. However, I learned when I arrived that they do not have laundry services on-site. The laundry service is external and is picked up between 6-7pm and dropped off the following day after 11am. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

I never leave reviews but I must say, I truly enjoyed my stay there. I arrived from an unplanned redeye flight and i was exhausted. Check-in time by the way is 4 pm and check-out 1 pm. But i arrived in the morning and hadn't slept a thing. Adriana at the front desk was beyond amazing. I waited a bit and she managed to find a room for me to rest. There was nothing bad or wrong with my room. Everything was very clean. There was water, coffee and tea. Vending machines available and the pool looked clean to me although i didnt have time to take a swim. The variety of the breakfast buffet was good. Because i was very close to the elevator, the "ding" was a bit annoying late at night but to me, it didn't matter. I didn't hear anything from the other neighbor rooms. I will definitely come back. Oh and they offer free shuttle transportation to the airport. They have a schedule so make sure you ask and advise them of your flight. Thank you Adriana from front desk :)

Location is close to the airport Aprox 8 miles. Friendly staff, Clean and has security gate to the parking lot. Free Coffee

Hotel is always kept clean and practice social distancing very well in Mexico. Beautiful pool, gym is small with no weights. My room was a nice size and always clean.

Arrived in Guadalajara after midnight, so I stayed here on my way to Tlaquepaque. Good choice - very friendly, modern, clean, with free breakfast. Upon checking out the nice couple at the front desk even offered me a ride to my next hotel in the shuttle. More and more I find HIE can be trusted and appreciated wherever I go!

Enjoyed my stay there. It was super clean and staff were super friendly! They have a mini gym, unfortunately no weights but still good. They also have an outside pool and a big dining area with a relaxation area too. You can sit and watch TV downstairs, and you also get access to wifi and their computer and printer/scanner. Their breakfast was amazing! The best I've had in a hotel. They served chilaquiles, with sour cream, onion, and cheese to taste. Chile's de raja, beans, egg and some bomb homemade salsa. I slept like an angel! Oh, and they even have a Dennys at walking distance! Deffenitly recommend it.

Great service, room and building beautiful. Has great pool opens at 8 AM so made for nice fresh early swim. Next door to couple restaurants.

Near to the airport, just beside the highway, it has a dennys and a chillis just few meters from it. Beds are great, rooms are clean and the bath its perfect. Its not so expensive dont spect so much but its just 5min from airport. But you will need taxi or a car to arrive.

American traveler. Perfect for a short stay. Has shuttle service to airport. Not sure about pickup but I am sure that exists. It is a cheap uber fare. Uber can pickup from airport. Chili's and Denny's restaurant in parking lot area. Free breakfast served. Breakfast was just ok. Mexican/American food. Very safe and clean.

Great place to stay if you need a reasonably priced hotel near the airport, easy access to the city too if needed.

Very nice Holiday Inn Express, clean, modern and a great breakfast facility. Good shuttle service to the airport. Various restaurants nearby to have dinner at a stone throw distance.

If you want a comfortable hotel close to the airport then this is the hotel - unpretentious- spacious- and very convenient if you need to be close to the airport. Not really sure about all the nearby food spots. Just love the cleanliness and location

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Airport is about 5 min away. Great for an overnight stay to catch an early flight.
