Very friendly staff and accommodated us for our needs. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasant experience, was here on a complimentary service provided by my airline but even so, the staff treated me with respect. However did not like how we had to wait for the transport bus to take us to an from the airport, it was hard to get in contact with the driver but if you do not use this service then it is not a big deal.

I like this place because of it's close proximity to the airport and short taxi ride to Tlaquepaque. If you have few extra hours to spare, take the time to check the area out. There are so many restaurants and shops to check out in Tlaquepaque. This hotel conveniently has a built in restaurant as well. This place is very affordable. If you're driving, be sure to pay attention and don't miss the exit. There are not many places to turn around. I've been here a couple of times and plan to come back.

This place is less than 10 minutes from the airport and super convenient. They made it really easy to check in and check out and grab a bite in the morning before heading out. The restaurant was decent and the staff was really friendly. They had someone monitoring the parking area over night did I didn't worry much about the car.

The place is pretty new and modern - just what you need, the basics. For some reason they had done some painting and the smell was seeping into our room. We called the front desk and were able to move us to another room. They quickly sent someone to help us move our bags to the new room and trade out our keys. I would definitely stay there again.

are you flying from Guadalajara early morning? then this is the right place to spend the night, plenty of parking spaces on site. you can take a decent breakfast, not the regular "continental breakfast" (included with your stay) then drive 5 to 10 minutes to the airport, depending on traffic. This facility is spotless clean, the most significant feature for me is their check-in / check-out efficiency. I've stayed in this location multiple times and my arrival to the airport has been always on time, not hungry and happy!

Excellent service! My flight was at 7am so I had to be at the airport at least at 5am. The hotel provided transportation from the hotel to the airport at that time free of charge!!!

The hotel is as its name says "express." It is very clean, simple, and comfortable. I stayed I a one queen sized bed which was EXTREMELY comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel of you plan to go to the airport the next day since they offer FREE transportation to the airport. Also, FREE breakfast is given which include scrambled eggs, sweets, cereal, coffee, and much more! I have an awesome stay. Thank You City Express!

Friendly staff!! Clean and modern. Close to airport (10-15 minutes or so). Recommend for getting a good nights rest before flying out. Shuttle to airport only provided. Taxi will take you to hotel from airport. They have great taxi service to anywhere in Guadalajara.

Very nice hotels definitely worth it! Rooms were nice, breakfast was delicious, customer service was great, and cost is very reasonable. We stayed in different City Express hotels and they were consistently great. Yolanda at the Puerto Vallarta City Express was amazingly helpful and attentive.

They are so accommodating WOW! I really appreciated the woman checking us in. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast was nice. I'd recommend this place!

Excellent hotel to stay close to the airport. To get there take an uber taxi from the airport for 60 to 80 mxn. This is nice new hotel and the facilities are very good. Breakfast is expensive but fine. The airport restaurant is very good for breakfast. Make sure you book the free hotel shuttle to the airport.

A modern model hotel , gives a morning break -- fast like meal.

Im a frecuent traveler, and they make here the fastest chekinn in my whole life, the hotel looks like new its clean but its small even for a cityexpress. Its just 5minutes from airport, so its perfect for buissness trips. The only issue I found its that the Air conditioning its just over youre face while resting on the bed. Everything else its what it is! need something near hotel, use this! (its 30min from Guadalajara downtown).

Basic room with comfortable bed and was very clean. Front desk staff was professional and the breakfast was well stocked.
