Rangers BBQ

Rangers BBQ is so GOOD!!!!! The food was delicious. Brisket on point, Beef Ribs on point, Baby Back ribs on point. The sides (coleslaw, mashed potatoes, corn, etc..) are really good. But what surprised me the most was the sausage, it had bits of cheese and jalapeno throughout. The desert, apple pie, also had that traditional smokey flavor when you think of southern or Texas BBQ. By far the best BBQ spot near Guadalajara.

Waiter was a little slow other than that the food was delicious! Especially the beef ribs finger licking good!!!

Delicious food -- smoky steak is delicious 😋 as well as fried sweet potatos

The sytle and taste here is a somewhat like Tgi Fridays restaurant.

Rangers BBQ, is Texas barbecue. Juan (the owner and founder) spent a lot of time in Texas and has captured the Texas barbecue taste. The food, Service, and atmosphere are all great. If you like barbecue, Texas style,
then this is the place to go. Rangers BBQ is located between Guadalajara and Chapala in the State of Jalisco, Mexico.

As a Texan, this is as close as it gets to great Texas BBQ in Mexico. The brisket is tender with a nice flavorful bark. The sauce is tangy with a touch of sweetness. The atmosphere feels Texan with country music playing and peanut shells on the floor. We will definitely come back to try the ribs and hamburgers. It was worth the 45 minute drive from Ajijic.

Best BBQ and burgers around Guadalajara. Service is hit or miss but the food can’t be beat. Texas style and perfect

This place is amazing. It’s just like a Texas bbq joint in every way except it’s cheaper. Ribs and brisket are bomb. They even helped me with a free ride to the airport when I didn’t have enough pesos.

Ok so far the most authentic Texas type BBQ I have been able to find in all of Mexico. Love the ribs even though they are a little overly spiced even for me with the house BBQ Sauce they rock my world. The brisket is one of the best I’ve had ever including many restaurants in Kansas City, Memphis and Texas. They are generous with the meat portions which always makes me very happy. Also btw they make an excellent USA style hamburger also.

The place is just like an authentic Texas Roadhouse, the food is amazing! I loved it, can't wait to go again. I highly recommend ordering ribs and some tea, just don't forget to add some agave syrup to make it extra delicious!

The food was delicious. I Ordered the brisket and the meat was very delicious. I also had a taste of the San Bartolo, and just Wow. The BBQ sauce they gave us was also very tasty. I definitely recommend this place if you want a fine cut of steak.

The food is legit BBQ style. There angle is southern and I believe they nail it (all things considered,mexico).

The tea with with agave jarabe is AMAZING! Brisket and pull pork are on Point!

The restaurant is very cozy and western/country throwback. Almost feels like your walking into a good ol western tavern.

Overall this place is a must if your in the area!

Great food! Love Ranger meat! Usually have the brisket but it's all good. Nice atmosphere. They have that "peanuts you can eat and throw the shells on the floor" thing going on...

Ribeye & burger excellent, but ribs or pulled pork are beyond compare. Make the drive. It will be shorter next time.

Not a bad place for real Texas BBQ. Brisket is decent little bit over cooked and pulled pork Sandwich is good
