Grand Fiesta Americana Guadalajara Country Club

Everything was perfect, the staff, the location and the services. The only suggestion I have is you should "Include" buffet breakfast in the expensive club rooms. We booked the expensive Club Rooms thinking it would cover all these items, but it covered only continental breakfast which had very limited options.

Overall, we loved our stay. Thank You to the wonderful staff there..

With 20 years of experience staying in Guad this is an astonishing my number 1 choice. It is challenging to even rank a second choice, because no other are even close to the Grand Fiests American Guadalajara.

Hotel is very clean and all the staffs are kind. The restaurant rib eye stake was amazing.

Perfect location, super service, great rooms, and excelent food

The hotel is nice, since I got there the valet parking there to take the car promptly. I didn't have reservations, so I talked to the front desk personnel. The online price on their website was better than the in-person price, and they couldn't match the price, so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes in the lobby, however they gave me a free drink from the bar, while I was waiting. Since it was Guadalajara, a good tequila was just right. The location of the hotel was just right for my business. 15 minutes from my destination. The room was clean and confi. There is a business center and plaza about 5 minutes walking with a casino and around 10 different nice restaurants to pick, from an oyster bar to Mediterranean cuisine and pizza. Downtown Zapopan is about 10 minutes driving as well where you can visit some bars and have a good breakfast. The hotel also offered breakfast deals, but I didn't use it. In general, it is a good and pleasant experience to stay.

First time in this hotel, and everything was perfect, quiet, nice place, clean, nice bar.

Very nice and clean hotel the people are great they serve you well and they are very attentive. Breakfast buffet. Is something like the European breakfast I had in Germany it was a pleasure to be there. The two gentlemen I went with had never been to Mexico they loved it they loved the meals at the hotel also very much

Fantastic hotel with comforatable and clean rooms, full with ammenities and great breakfast buffet. Staff is very helpful and polite and fully recommended in your are staying in this area, as it is 30 min away from the airport (depending traffic).

Definitively, I would be staying there again, if I have the chance.

This hotel is well run and clean. The service is among the best. They were friendly and helpful and had no problem dealing with my limited ability to speak Spanish. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The need was firm but had a nice cushion. There showers were rain water style with a large head and did an excellent job. I have stayed here a few times and it has always been a great experience.

The service in this Hotel is excellent. The staff really care about the customer needs. They make us feel valuable as customer. I always feel very welcomed with the staff always talking to me with real smiles. The infrastructure of the Hotel is amazing and we can cleary see the high quality level since the service delivered to the products they use in there. The food, the products they have at the room, soaps, shampoo, etc all French brand Loccitane, the furniture, the bed, the sheets, pillows, the floors, the walls the sinks in real granite, marble, etc. The room space and layout are very well designed. Water bottles, drinks and snacks available at the room all the time. The cleaning is awesome as the whole hotel and the rooms are always smelling cleanliness. The gym is well equipped and has a beautiful view. The breakfast is top notch with a wide varieties and really good quality. I've staying in this hotel for 5 times since December 2021 and tried Hilton Midtown once and last time. The service is terrible and we feel like nobody in there. I arrived late at night and they didn't even have a water or snacks available for me at room. Empty frigobar and no room service available. Everything is cheap there, soap, shampoo, furniture, the room layout, break fast, service,etc, etc. The gym is in a lower floor and we do not have any good views from there. I bought a bottle of Loccitane shampoo because they have a very cheap shampoo and only a very small quantity for you to use daily. I forgot my bottle of French Shampoo at the hotel and never saw it again. Considering that Hilton Midtown and Grand Fiesta they are basically same prime, I definitely do not recommend you to stay at Hilton. The only disadvantage of Grand Fiesta is because they do not have a swimming pool. But honestly, with my experience on both, I would never take Hilton only because of the swimming pool. For all the other aspects Grand Fiesta is from far much better and delivers a great experience and value per money. I 100% recommend Grand Fiesta Americana.

The Hotel is gorgeous. Amazing customer service and concierge service. Excellent Spa with big Windows with a view and a gym. There is valet service, maid service and a wet bar service. The laundry service was very good. Everything was ironed and hung up.
They have a free standing Starbucks attached to the side of the hotel with a 2 story terrace that catches the afternoon and evening wind and cools you off.
Almost everyone speaks English and Spanish to help those of us just learning Spanish.
The rooms are extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, firm with a pillow top.
The rooms have marble counter tops, floors and showers with very large mirrors with a large dresser that opens on both sides. The 50 inch monitor with cable was newer and had both English and Spanish content.
I will be coming back. The hotel helped me feel safe and protected. The area had a good police presence and security staff.
The restaurants were many and of every kind you could think of and all had delicious food.

This is a wonderful location near many interesting restaurants. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel's "4 Estaciones" restaurant and it was one of the finest meals I have ever eaten. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are staying here, try eating at "Mui Mui" within walking distance, an upscale Asian restaurant with a beautiful garden setting @ São Paulo 2367-D.

Very nice establishments. I attended a few conferences and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. Hotel staff was very attentive, coffee and snacks were delicious, but the food served at lunch time was awesome.
