Krystal Urban Guadalajara

Awsome hotel, close to everything and very safe. The location is awsome. I have stayed at the Riu, Fiesta Americana & NH in Guadalajara and Krystal Urban Guadalajara is on par with those. For the price it's top in Guadalajara.

Stayed here for a weekend and it was a great experience.

Rooms were pretty good
Gym was small but still gets the job done
The breakfast was good
Had the rib-eye for dinner and had to try it again the next night and it was just as great as the first.

Overall, I’d recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area and need a place to stay.

We stayed in their Junior Suite Sept 2022. Location is walkable and in a great area. Bank and exchange house is around the corner. Staff is courteous and make you feel welcomed. Rooms are ample and clean. Breakfast is offered at an additional cost. I also particularly enjoyed the front lobby is open 24hrs. Only con I would add is hotel has no pool and service van is not currently operating however their level of customer service makes up in that area. I would most definitely recommend.

As my wife and I arrived the concierge Isahi greeted us immediately!! They were so attentive, and friendly they got our luggage’s and welcomed us to the hotel as they walked us inside. As we approached the front desk the employee Maria never welcomed us or said hello. With that being said she never even gave me eye contact as courtesy almost feeling un welcomed. I finished checking in and Maria mentioned we could get 2 beers or wine. Since I don’t drink I asked her if I could please get a soda or water instead of alcohol but she told me she could not accommodate that request. (That’s very odd) It’s a shame how you would think if you work in the hospitality industry you would be trained properly and want to make the customer have a great experience. Sadly, I guess she did not get the assignment. Isahi is the superhero that saved the day for sure. He went above and beyond and answered all our questions and led us to our room. Such a friendly and well educated young man. Now, he is the definition of great customer service maybe Maria should take lessons from him so she can treat the guest better in the future.

Great location, walkable to many restaurants and directly opposite a galería. Friendly, helpful staff. Starbucks in the lobby. Junior suite was good sized, clean and modern with panoramic city views.

Good hotel overall. Very clean although AC is locked so it's very hard to make it work and it's very hot. Staff is friendly.

Amazing Place, I did not stay here but I had rented an air b & b close by & could not find it. I walked into the main lobby around 1 AM & asked 3 kind gentleman if they knew where the building I was looking for is. Diego ( Im assuming was a manager ) & 2 other kind gentleman went out of there way to help me find the place. They went through google maps on all of there phones and looked through the street view until they found the building I was looking for. ( Which was a 10 minute car ride up the street ) They could have easily said they didn’t know ( especially when at first they didn’t know where it was either ) instead they decided to spend 15-20 minutes helping assist me until I find the place. I seen other guest walking through the main lobby to there rooms & they were treated like royalty. Long story short, everything about this place is amazing & there are great people working here. I know I looked pretty out of place asking them for help & they helped me anyways. They allowed me to use the restroom & also wait for my uber which was very nice of them.

If you guys are reading this, I appreciate you very much. There was 3 gentlemen total & I only read one of there name and tags ( Diego ). 5 stars from me, thank you guys more than I can explain !

Overall great experience with my stay. The hotel is rather new and installations reflect it's cleanliness. The room was a modern, minimalist style layout with all amenities you can expect from a modern hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Their rates weee more than reasonable; I will definitely be staying there again.

Of the strip but very safe and clean no issues during my stay and it was a busy weekend. Staff were very nice and hard working.

I hope these wonderful young men never leave Krystal Urban! I have been going there for many years and usually book 3 or more rooms and will continue to go. We are already planning our next vacation and of course we all chose Krystal Urban as our hotel. I have recommended this hotel to many friends and they all said they now have the perfect hotel for their vacations in Guadalajara! You have everything from restaurants to malls nearby. I still can’t stop talking about the wonderful service we received from these young men! Absolutely wonderful! Please never let them leave!

Perfect place to stay and get to know the city within decent distances. They have underground free parking. Staff is terrifically friendly and amazingly helpful. Rooms are gorgeous with soft and fresh beds with super comfortable pillows! Breakfast is outstanding and restaurant service is great. The Gym is small but has cardio facilities and some weighs; can't ask for more! They offer city tours and tours to nearby attractions on a fair price; transport included. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the location is safe. Definitely staying again here!

LOVE LOVE LOVE HIGHLY Recommend Beautiful clean atmosphere! Everyone is super Friendly. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you everyway possiable. Rooms are gorgeous Beautiful balcony view in the morning, Afternoon and amazing at night!! NOT TO MENTION The Breakfast Lounge.

Modern setup, clean room, expedient check in, friendly staff who was easy to talk to, delicious food menu, and good location that is across the street from a mall. Fellow Americans: knowing some Spanish goes a long way, though English speakers seemed to check in without trouble.

I liked the feel at this place and had no problems. The demeanor of everyone was friendly but professional and each was always ready to accommodate. The entertaining croaks and calls from the grackles outside and interesting people who walked in and out served an enjoyable atmosphere that will surely have me booking this establishment in future trips to Guadalajara. Very good value hotel for spending a night or two. Conveniently located, has full standard services, comfortable rooms and a nice ambiance. Property appears to be fairly new; it is very neat. Friendly staff. Overall a very positive experience during an overnight layover.

Very good place to stay. Since the moment we did the check in, all the personnel was very kind and polite. The room is very clean. The location is great since there is a small mall just crossing the street, there is a bunch of restaurants around and also av Chapultepec is very near from here.

On this trip to Guadalajara I once again chose Krystal Urban Guadalajara Hotel. I have stayed at this hotel for three nights on my last visit and more previous visits to Guadalajara. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Armando, he was very welcoming with a smile and very attentive. I then had the opportunity to experience the outstanding service from the front desk staff Rene and Ricardo both were extremely helpful, both demonstrated exceptional customer service. They are truly an example of service, both the hotel and guest expect form a front desk staff. During my stay I headed to the bar where I met Ivan and Mariel, both really possess the personality and mixology skills. I, also want to mention that my room was very clean, very comfortable at a great location. The staff, location and facilities would impress the most picky traveler.
