The location is right in the centre, but quiet. Staff is super-helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast can be purchased in the restaurant that is part of the hotel (breakfast only) and it was tasty and very reasonably priced.

Charming, low-budget, boutique hotel with 5 star service. I was treated with warmth, care and more hospitality than anywhere I've stayed in the US or Mexico at 10 times the price. The staff, especially the manager Victor Navarro and the hotel owner were extremely caring and welcoming. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The location was close to everything, and anything I wanted or needed was right outside the front door. I felt like I was in my favorite Greenwich Village area of New York City, but just in Mexico.

Better than I expected. First time back in Mexico in 15 years. So far things are getting more convenient. This place is clean. Expect the balcony room to be noisy. The bed was comfortable. The AC works nicely.

Comfoand quiet room. Stayed several days and always had a good experience. Mattress is new and comfortable.

Nice place to stay, only problem is, it doesn't look very safe. Rooms doors and windows are not that safe. Hope they can improve that, because their service and location is really good.

Antes de llegar tenía mis dudas por algunas Reviews negativas pero e de decir que una vez que estuve ahí fue uno de los mejores lugares en lo que me e quedado

-Agua caliente a todas horas
-El clima funciona excelente

No dudaré en volver si regreso a Guadalajara

Muy buen servicio del personal, muy amables. Te sientes cómodo. Limpio y agradable. Lo malo es la ubicación que aunque está en el centro es dificil llegar y peor si lleva uno su auto. Pero es buen lugar para descansar

El lugar es hermoso, es un edificio antiguo, lo cual le da un plus, la ubicación es excelente, las habitaciones están bien equipadas. Sin duda volveré a ir.

Excelente lugar, el personal muy amable, la comida deliciosa, realmente te hacen sentir como en casa, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este lugar y lo volveríamos a hacer.

Desde antes de llegar el personal fue súper atento y amable, nos ofrecieron los Tours que tienen a la venta (Tlaquepaque, Chapala, Tequila, Night Tour), y aunque nuestra estancia fue corta, fueron amables todo el tiempo, recepción, el portero, la chica del turno nocturno, etc. Las habitaciones están bien considerando la tarifa que se paga, están limpias y cómodas. La propiedad está bien cuidada y el estilo es muy lindo. Está cerca de relativamente todo si usas Uber (Zapopan, Tlaquepaque) y a la catedral, el Templo y alrededores literalmente puedes ir caminando sin problema, unos 10 - 15 minutos aprox. La verdad no tuvimos oportunidad de ir al restaurante porque ya teníamos planeado comer por fuera, tal vez en una siguiente ocasión lo probemos. Pero en general 10/10 precio/calidad/servicio!

Solo desayuné en su restaurante, rico y a buen precio, se ve agradable y limpio todo el lugar, si piensas en una escapada de fin de semana puede resultar interesante que lo tomes en cuenta para llegar ahí
