Hotel Portobelo

The room was nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Great service. When booking at this hotel, keep in mind that it's located at two busy streets, so there's a lot of noise going on throughout the night. I enjoyed my stay!

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a modern hotel and the walk to the city centre takes about minutes, but there is a metro station right outside the hotel. I would stay here again.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for the past 6 years, and they're always amazing. I stayed in room 301, the accessible room. Rooms are great size, always clean and staff is very friendly. I am a recent wheelchair user, and I stayed in their accessible room, and I was impressed. It's very room, and the commode and shower has bars. And can't beat the fact that it's in the heart of the city makes it that much better.

Very nice place. In GDL downtown, with excellent location and great point to take public transport. You can reach US CAS and Consul in 25 min walking. Excellent food, the kitchen is 24 hrs.

The location, price, and service are excellent, the food at the restaurant is so tasty. My only concern is the noise. At night, the noise of the street gets directly into the room and is a bit annoying.
Other than that, this hotel is so good.

Pros : Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. Food is decent and well priced.

Cons: Internet wifi is slow at times. Don't expect to stream Netflix or anything reliably.

Really great value. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Internet is super fast 80-200mbps and reliable. Windows are soundproof. Has cable with a couple channels in english. Menu is a bit limited, but very convenient (24hrs a day) and affordable.

Great Friendly Stay, you can walk all over many places nearby to check out, confy bed.
Blow drier and iron in room, nice lounge. You can also get an Huber anywhere and if needed hotel can arrange trusted taxi svc. Many places nearby to eat., and bank/atm around the corner. Also parking inside is available 🎉 Everyone wore a mask and very clean.

Amazing! I took my mom there after a major surgery for coolness and cleanliness.

Big, clean, well lit, tan/brown decorated room, bathroom, shower and bed. Front of hotel overlooks Park. Back is quiet. Convenience stores on both corners (GoogleMaps asked). Excellent deal.

The minute we walked in the front desk staff was great, we stayed one week every day was great, gracias chikas.

Very nice and comfortable installations. So quiet even tho it is located in corner of two of the most crowded avenues in Guadalajara. The personal is kind and attentive.
