My husband and I stayed here and it was amazing! The service was amazing. It felt safe and secure. There wasn’t any issues and it was in the center of everything we wanted to do. It’s only a few minutes from the church. We had an amazing stay here! Everyone who worked here was so kind!

Wonderful hotel & staff. Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The (included) breakfast buffet is wonderful, and they even have made-to-order omelets and pancakes. Pay for a superior room on an upper floor, as we have a room with balcony overlooking the cathedral and the city, which is a beautiful view day and night!

We had a room on the 11th floor. They have renovate down to 7th floor as of now.

The higher you are, the better the view.

Ask for a Cathedral view room. They will show you the room before you take it.

Hotel Fénix is a very huge building, With up to 12 floors and every floor is at least with 12 rooms, Every room is cleaned everyday,And you get two 1 liter water bottles everyday. The Hotel is very clean and People here are very nice. My favorite place about the hotel is that every room has a room where you can see the streets and the building,And it let's you see how beautiful Guadalajara looks at night. Hotel Fenix is Definitely a 4 star hotel.

Nice clean service with nice views depending on the room .My room was facing the Guadalajara Cathedral espectacular view and close access to great food and money exchange bank across and restaurant called La Gorda with great food.

Great location! About 5 minuts from the "Degollado" theater on foot. Rooms are comfortables and spacious.

We had an excellent estance with comfortable rooms and the employees were very nice
