Hotel NH Collection Guadalajara Providencia

This was a very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and patient. The rooms are very clean and the room service is great as well. Comes very quickly. The only thing I would mention is if you don't like a fun party environment, then this street wouldn't be for you. There's tons of late night restaurants open, and they crank the music. We loved it!

Very, very nice stay. The rooms were nice and clean and well kept. Juan the hotel receptionist was exceptionally professional, all the others were too, but Juan went out of his way just to get us breakfast and me a napkin after asking for one on my way out.

Wonderful location in downtown Providencia. Are used to live there when they were simple homes now, the area is home to one of the largest clubs in the area.

We stayed here for a few days with our dog. We loved that it is pet friendly. All around a great hotel. Very clean and well designed rooms. We had a premium room which was huge. Well worth the extra cost. They had the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a hotel. Lots of options. Will stay again.

Love the place, everything is amazing. All its needed is ice machines at some floors or all floors. Having to call for ice every time you need its a pain.

We loved this hotel!! We love the area it's in to begin with, right in heart of a lot of wonderful restaurants, we ate a different one every night. Large, beautiful room with a huge TV, beautiful floor to ceiling windows and the best black out blinds I've ever experienced! We had a stocked mini fridge, large bathroom with a makeup table, very comfortable bed and super comfortable pillows, a lot of them, what's not to love!! Plus the service was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely go back!!

We loved this hotel and felt like royalty for the service we received. We were upgraded to a corner room and it had ana amazing sunrise view and midcentury modern interior design. The location is right in the middle of a fancy and safe part of the city with a strip of top restaurants steps away. Ubers drop you off right in front of the door. The breakfast buffet is solid and with the automatic blackout curtains here we slept amazing. It is a little lively on the weekends but inside the hotel it is peaceful. The manager wrote me a personal note welcoming me to the hotel due to using our Amex to book the room. We will definitely stay here again when we return! Thanks

Location is excellent; the hotel is in an area surrounded by many convenient amenities, such as restaurants and shops, it is obviously in a modern fancy area. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable, each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, big bathroom, Nespresso machine with three capsules provided by the hotel on a daily basis. Service is very friendly and helpful. The staff is usually around making sure that you are doing great. The restaurant offers a great breakfast buffet; I chose that option when booking the room.

From the parkade to the lobby to our room, the temperature taking and sanitizers were all around. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient, especially Omar. We ate breakfast, lunch or dinner at various eateries and restaurants right outside the lobby and at street level and in the neighborhood. Everything was quite delicious. We ordered Room Service one evening for dinner and the soup, pasta, and salad were all hot, tasty, and fresh. The front desk staff were ready to help and answer questions. The room cleaning staff were very thorough and efficient. The room design with the large floor to ceiling windows plus two levels of shades felt so relaxing and provided a beautiful view. The rooms were quiet for restful sleeps. Wonderful stay!

Everyone made us feel at home! Right from the moment we walked into the beautiful and modern installations we felt welcomed and glad to have chosen NH as my birthday getaway. The staff is very courteous and attentive. The hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing and offered a vast variety of Mexican food. Overall, our experience was great! We highly recommend NH Providencia.

This is a great hotel located in the midst of the financial district, yet close enough to the historic center and Plaza Andares. It is safe, surrounded by great restaurants. The front desk staff are really helpful; they go out of their way to meet your needs. Thanks to Ruben and Carelli, our six day stay was wonderful. To move around, we always used taxis connected to the hotel . They are safe, friendly with reasonable fares. We strongly recommend you using them. Covid 19 antigen test a facility next door. Much better than to do it at the airport. In short, we really enjoyed our stay at the NH in Providencia.

The room I got was on the 9th floor ovwrlooking the golf course and the atreet. The most amazing thing about their rooms is the double protection that allows one to enjoy the view wiouth the noise from the bars and traffic outside

Quiet, comfortable, clean and very nice. Excellent free breakfast. Convenient location to multiple factories and facilities, because if you are in Guadalajara, you are probably here on business. The hotel is adjacent to numerous good restaurants as well. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a gem. Wonderful. The rooms are stylish/deluxe/spacious/comfortable. The breakfast is very good (nice dining room and food). Excellent service. One of the best things about the hotel is the street. There are about eight good restaurants on the block. Beautiful places to eat. The weather is perfect and they are mostly open air.

There are some - worth visiting - shopping areas that are walkable from the hotel. They are are about a 10-block away. You get to wander through the calm upscale residential neighborhood.

Definitely check out the Midtown Shopping Center with the Midtown Hilton. Beautiful, impressive, and architecturally significant. Visit all areas, including the upper shopping level the third floor for food (to appreciate the design). Don't miss the deluxe Fresko supermarket on the lower level.

And, walk to the Fresh Lovers market. Many small shops and restaurants around it with a lovely park. Parque Silvano Barba

Plaza Patria is another area shopping center. It has a Liverpool department store. The first two areas I listed are more interesting.

The NH Collection and the Midtown Hilton are probably the two best hotels in Guadalajara. The Hyatt Regency is also a deluxe. The problem is that it's too far from everything else in the city. However, do go and check out the beautiful luxury shopping center next to the Hyatt. It's called Andaras.

The JW Marriott, AC Hotel, Fulton Hotel and HS Hotsson are very close to the NH Collection. The street you need to cross (to get to them) has a center section that is like a freeway. I am glad I did not stay at those hotels. It's dangerous to try and cross that street.

I also went by the Hard Rock Hotel and the Riu Plaza Hotel. I personally would not pick them. They are surrounded by freeways. Not very walkable.

Do make a daytime Uber trip to the central historic district and walk Avenue Chapultepec. However, around 5:00 PM, it can be tough to get a car back.

I am happy that I spent a little extra money and stayed at the NH Collection Providencia. It's a very good choice. I stayed for seven nights. I enjoyed relaxing at the restaurants near the hotel and walking to areas I listed.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I must say, it gets better each time. The NH Hotel is modern, convenient, and located in a prime area attached to a mini mall. I had the Premium room this time and it was perfect, no complaints other than maybe that I wish they had more English channels other than CNN and Fox News, but then again, it's Mexico. Service is also top notch here, they always try to make sure you are good. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in the Guadalajara area.

Great hotel!! Hotel is located in a shopping center with plenty of restaurant and coffee shops. Staff was very attentive and helped book a tour as well as taxi cabs.
