Hands off to Optima rent a car! After having an unexpected experience with another rental place near by who didn't meet their quote or our vehicle choice. I had to call other businesses near by. I'm so glad Karla answered my call at Optima. We were very satisfied with her excellent customer service, Karla was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful, made the process so easy for us. Great personality and very professional. We were only planning on renting the vehicle with basic insurance, but after Karla explained the different categories of coverage and cost with detail, we decided on paying more and got a higher coverage plan. As they say, "Better be safe than sorry". Optima will definitely be our car rental home from now on. Their vehicles are super clean and have so many nice models to choose from. Karla, muchas gracias!
