Macondo Coffee

I stopped into Macondo Cafe for breakfast and I am glad I did! Great coffee, food, staff, and atmosphere! Everything is made fresh to order, so don’t be in a rush when you visit. I will definitely stop back in when I am in town.

This is a place where coffee meets art, the infusions they make are extraordinary. Time, skill and careful attention are accomplished by the baristas in order for the client to enjoy an amazing "artbrew"... Therefore, creating a super enjoyable one of a kind experience.

The staff is amazing, knowledge, some speak English and very friendly... The owner seems very kind and is very attractive.

Great location that's across the street from the Zuno home that is now a museum and free of charge to tour.

Guadalajara has a lot of good breakfast joints. This one really stands out. It's only 2 blocks from my hostel (Bohostel). I've been there twice during my current trip. There are servers who speak English. This really helps tourists like me. I've had their cappuccino, matcha latte and french toast with fruits. Although the menu is not extensive, everything on it is scrumptious. They'll see me again soon.

This is a nice little spot. Came here to have a latte and chilaquiles. The coffee was good. I recommend this place.

Fantastic coffee! The flat white was superbly made and ticked all the boxes. The place is nice and modern too, with large open spaces with a cozy yet contemporary feel to it. The owner is super nice as well and really friendly!

Really nice ambience with a homey feel. The cold brew they serve is pretty unique and tasty, the flavor and smell of it really comes through. They have a great variety of coffee and teas. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area.

Great coffee and great staff. This is my favorite cafe in Guadalajara. The front area is open so it's like being outside and no buses go down he street so it's very peaceful. The owners are into bicicletas and hiking and speak very good English. Cold brew with tonic is so good!

Great atmosphere, in a very nice part of town.
Excellent baristas. You can taste their passion for excellence in the drinks that they prepare. Don't be afraid to request out of the ordinary drinks. This is not Starbucks.

Really friendly staff and very delicious coffee. They give you two dice and if you roll two 5's then your coffee is free. The soy milk was sweetened which is always a yummy surprise. The girl serving us loved our KeepCup. Haha
