We are so thankful we found this place! Jaime and the rest of the team were so friendly and honest. He explained their process thoroughly and made everything very easy for us. The vehicle was clean and ran perfectly. They also had several great options to drive. Their shuttle service is very helpful as well. This is definitely the best place to rent a car in Guadalajara!

I loved this place for several reasons. 1. The owner takes pride in his business/vehicles and they are very clean and well taken care of physically in and out and also mechanically well maintained. 2. Before you rent the vehicle the employees are upfront with you about all the coverages and liabilities and what covers or not so you could decide what coverages to get . Be smart and do it anywhere you go. Doesn't matter what country. Friendly staff and they will pick you up in the local area or airport for easy transportation.

Very smooth and honest rental transaction. They don’t harass you and sell you insurance coverage at ridiculous prices like all big brand car rental companies do. Insurance is covered with the rental purchase. Jaime gave me a great rate over the phone that I cancel my reservation with Thrifty and went to Alpro Rent a Car. I definitely recommend Alpro!

Without a doubt, Alpro is the best car rental company I have dealt with--in Mexico or the U.S. We have used them for several years for group trips. This was an awesome trip....rented maxi van spoke to Jaime ..he came to my hotel and signed contract i paid him here which was so practical i didnt have to go find them.... van was for family of 9 plus a CHOFER... lol..

Great place to rent a car from we came from Chicago did an airport pick up. The price was as quoted😊 we even came back late from our trip and they stayed open for us a half hour without charging extra🇲🇽

Renting a car from Alpro was a great experience! They accomodated some last-minute changes with no hassle, the price they quoted was the price they charged, they picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at no extra charge, the car was in great working condition, and they even gave us driving tips. I rented a car for our trip to Guadalajara. I called a month ahead and reserved a basic car. The process was very easy. Once there, everything was explained with detail. The car was clean and in excellent condition. We didn’t have any problems with the car at all. I would definitely recommend Alpro to anyone visiting Guadalajara and would rent from them again.

Renting a car from this company was such a great experience. I walked in on a Monday afternoon, and drove out with a clean and very reasonably priced car for our trip to the outskirts of Guadalajara. Everything was explained to me in detail, and the thing they stressed more than anything else was to "use the car, and don't worry about anything." There were no issues upon returning the car three days later. I was charged the agreed amount, and not a penny more. Such friendly people working there. I'll definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone needing a car in the area.

I had a great experience with this company i rented a car for 23days. Which originally it was only supposed to be 21 days but for other reasons needed extra days and there was no problem. Very friendly people makes you feel welcomed especially Juan. The price they gave me over the phone when i called from California was about the same that i ended up paying (since he told me the price in pesos and the value of the dollar changes) which was better on my part since the value was high at the time. Definitely coming back for another rental on my next vacation!

Jaime Rodriguez went above and beyond to offer the best customer service I have ever encountered!! When I first reached out he was very attentive and took his time to explain the process and answer any additional questions I had. One thing I know for sure is there is no hidden fees with Alpro and everything is very clear when it comes to rates, insurance, and deposit. You tell him what you need and he delivers! He asked about flight information and when our plane landed he was waiting with a sign outside the airport with our rental. I believe if it’s early they take you back to their office location but I was traveling with toddlers and it was very late. Jaime was kind enough to recommend a hotel and take us there!! He comes prepared with everything completed and filled out. We completed all the paperwork in the lobby and had the inspection for the rental within 10-15 minutes. Jaime had his son pick him up from the hotel & I was having a hard time finding a store open for milk for my kiddos and he had his son bring a gallon of milk. I just can’t believe how attentive they were with everything. Thank you Alpro never going with anyone else!! I have recommended everyone I know! They are just that good. Another thing I wanted to add is how honest they are and you pay what they quote you. No hidden fees or surprise charges at the end. I can’t thank them enough they felt like family!!
