La Época de Oro

Very very Mexican restaurant and Mariachi band. Very friendly families, friends and couples come. Food was delicious and atmosphere friendly.

Great location with a good view of town. They have live music and food are delicious as well as great selection of alcohols. Staff are friendly and price are decent.

We have visited this restaurant a few times and have noticed that the food is tasty and abundant. The plates come out full of food and the taste is great. The atmosphere is good and there is live music. People dance in between bites and it is fun to see and be part off.

The staff is good and attentive. It takes a while to get the food but it is because they make everything fresh.

We find the salads to be tasty. And the soups as well. In my opinion sharing plates I think is the best option. But overall the food is good and I recommend La Epoca de Oro for a good meal.

Mariachi was EXCELLENT, food was awesome, drinks, not 1 complaint. I went on a Monday afternoon and place was still kind of busy. Definitely coming back here with my parents and in laws so they can enjoy the live music.

Great food, great service, and great live music also. Very lively!! I liked the carne asada and the chicken enchiladas. Very close a La Catedral De Guadalajara

We went here twice because the atmosphere was so great, the drinks big and strong, and the food was amazing!! I suggest getting one of the platters to share!

Soooo good. We sat on tha balcony and had the Platón Lola Beltrán . It was delicious. We washed it down with a bucket of Bohemia's.

Easy to get to. On a major street near the Historic District so it was a great place to people watch. Service was great and a LIVE Mariachi. Can it get any better???

We only have a beer because they close @ 11 pm

Excellent food, great live music and fantastic street side views from the terrace. Service is very good as well. We eat here every time we visit; highly recommended!

Best tacos ever
I had 5 tacos for $50 pesos and a free horchata water
As a Mexican all I can say is that this tacos are the best tacos that I ever had
The price was super cheap and the flavor was amazing
The owner i believe was very friend and the server. Also the guy that was cooking. Next time I visit guadalajara I will make sure to eat there again

It was really nice, the mood in the place and the live music is great, they have mariachis live and also salsa/versatil. A good place to drink and dance, the food is fine.

Had a great time with my cousin dancing , I loved it went twice on Tuesday and Thursday 😁 and we ordered​ a cubeta with Tecates and Heineken, and their Margarita was bomb 😂

Loved it! The music, the food, the drinks, the vibe of the place was great! Most importantly as a tourist the prices were amazing! Cant wait to go again!

If you go to Guadalajara.. please visit this place in down town.. go after 4 pm.. mariachi in one floor and dancing in the third floor..
