Hello guys I had an excellent service today from Pepe! So polite friendly and with a generous heart! My husband and I are both pleased with his dedication. Need less to say food was delicious!

This was our third choice for breakfast because the first two had lineups. Cannot imagine a better place for breakfast. Great me u with lots of choices. Service was good and very pleasant staff. Complimentary sweats were offered, many choices and as many as you want! Coffee was good. Breakfast excellent. Make this place your first choice!

Best chai latte I ever had!
Nice and quiet place. I liked the chicken wrap and loved the nachos (i only miss jalapeño in nachos). My mom loved papas con chamoy- I didn’t liked.

Chai is probably the best place to get breakfast buffet in Guadalajara. You won't be disappointed. They also have 2 locations really close to each other.

Fast service and delish food. Got the Big Boy and it was indeed big. I actually couldn’t finish it and was disappointed in myself.

They have English and Spanish menus and a massive variety of dishes.

Buckets of chai and pancakes with Nutella for our son and coffee and eggs Benedict for us! Kind of on the pricey side, but in a good location. The service was very good and they give everytable a free bread basket...

Excelente restaurant with great service, also the food is really good they have a large variety of breakfast and lunch along with good coffee. Think of it as Starbucks on steroids.

Had egg Benedict and side hash browns very tasty. Bacon not traditional Peameal or Canadian bacon was slice salami of sorts, but the food was very good and service. Very fast and waiters. Speak English and the atmosphere is wonderful here with lots of windows and view of outside.

Wow. Extensive WESTERN breakfast menu, deliciously cooked eggs, homemade western breads,, excellent service, nice interior... and very inexpensive! 5 stars

Amazing cappuchino at a reasonable price. Very large amount too. I wish I could have had it muy caliente tho. Love this place.

We had a very delicious lunch. The restaurant wasn't too busy. There are washrooms. The staff was friendly and patient. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we felt comfortable and not rushed. It was great to sit after shopping all morning.
There is no outside seating but the outside walls of the restaurant are open near the top. This let's in fresh air.

Move over Starbucks there a better Chai in town. Enjoying after dinner Chai and desert with a friend.

Love this place! Love their menu, varied and delicious and the service fantastic! Anything on the menù and the chai and apple latte incredible! I could go on about the menu... I had been in GDL so many times and had not discovered this gem among gems..
