Hilton Guadalajara Midtown

Great place to sta. Staff is EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Very reasonably priced. The pool needs a little maintenance. There are lots of missing tiles. The views are beautiful! Rogelio in the executive lounge was super friendly and helpful. He also made an amazing Margarita!!
Even being on the 8th floor, I could hear live music at night when I turned everything off, but it wasn't so loud that it kept me from falling asleep in my super comfortable bed.

This is my third time staying at this amazing Hotel. and every time I stayed here has been great. The room is beautiful, great view, the bed super confortable, decor is beautiful, rooms are big enough, AC works so good. the people at the front desk were friendly. the housekeeping staff was so helpful, I wish I can remember the name of the housekeeper, she was very nice and helpful, always greet me with a genuine smile, I stayed in room 624. I saw her, the fourth days I stayed. The breakfast was so good and has plenty options to choose. The hotel is in the Mall, so many things to do, shopping stores, restaurants, movie theater. I think is a great place to stay. can't wait to come back again.

My stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's charm and prime central location were huge highlights for me. I've decided this will be my go-to place whenever I visit Guadalajara in the future.

This is most likely the best place to stay while visiting Guadalajara. The service and amenities are great, and the location is beyond my wildest expectations, with ample security, access to high-end shopping, food, and offices.

I was an Andares Hyatt fan for years. today today no more and went to Hilton at Midtown. it is an awesome hotel even 1/2 inch better than Hyatt since it is brand new, and Midtown plaza has nothing to complain against Andares. so if you dont mind a good experience and paid half for a hotel room go Hilton and get the damm chocolate truffle cake with the Abscena dark beer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Midtown Guadalajara and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Firstly, I was able to check in early which was a huge relief after a long journey. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which really set the tone for my stay.

The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. My room was spacious and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, which is always a bonus!

I was also impressed by the hotel's amenities. The gym was well-equipped and the pool area was really lovely - I especially enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers in the afternoon. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar was a great place to unwind after a long day.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Hilton Midtown Guadalajara to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Guadalajara.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in
Mexico! The hotel is beautiful, clean and the service is friendly and attentive. I loved this location because it sits on top of a mall that has a grocery store in the lower level. This made it convenient to purchase beverages & snacks when needed.

The fact that you have to take an elevator up to the lobby, and another to the rooms gives the hotel an extra secure feeling for safety purposes. In addition to this, having a "private" pick up loop in front of the
hotel also made it feel safe when waiting for Ubers!

Don't be afraid to talk to the service providers! Front desk and bell men that stand outside of the hotel are genuinely kind.
I will recommend this hotel to family & friends forever! Can't wait to go back again soon!

This is the preferred place to stay in Guadalajara. I was staying in this place for more than 3 months, so I can say I have tested everything 😅 service is top, personal is attentive and very supportive, friendly, they made me feel like home. Sleeping comfort is very good - quiet, comfortable beds and pillows, control of temperature. I like breakfast variety. My last stay was just delicious, however I would prefer to have more fresh salads and vegetables on breakfast table. In general very high quality and comfortable stay. Super close to Wework and plenty of good restaurants around if you are tired from hotel restaurant, which is very good however. Very highly recommended

I stayed here in June 2022 for a few days with my family. Our room was huge and had a beautiful view of Guadalajara. It had complimentary water and tea in the room. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t that strong but it did its job. The hotel was attached to an open mall and it was super cool. The employees were kind and helped exchange my big pesos into smaller ones. Drinks at the bar and the food buffet was overpriced but that’s expected at a hotel. The hotel overall was expensive but we felt safe. There was cops outside patrolling to see who comes into the hotel and such. It was a nice experience.

Beautiful hotel, great hospitality, clean and spacious rooms, lovely food, lovely people to help you around. What more would you expect at a stay. Just loved very bit of this hotel and would highly recommend for anyone in this area.

Excellent location. Great to be close to so many restaurants and shops. The interior is very new and the in-room workspace was very comfortable for WFH travel. Comfortable beds. The service and view from the executive lounge was very good. The breakfast in the lounge had everything you could want and the food was very good. Will stay here again on my next trip to Guadalajara.

Great location. Really nice hotel. It has an executive feel but it was great for our family trip. My 3yo enjoyed playing in the mall's food court which is mostly open between 11am and 8:30pm. We were able to stock our mini-fridge by buying in the supermarket within the mall called Fresko. Keep in mind the hotel validates the mall's parking ticket to get a cheaper daily rate. Also, it takes 5-7 min and two elevators to get from the ground floor to your room on the other end of the building.

This is our third time at this hotel and my family and I are very content. We will definitely be returning. The food staff at the restaurant are great!

The hotel is really clean and the entire staff was extremely helpful. Front desk coordinated our covid test that we had to show before boarding our plane. It was also really convenient to have the shopping mall and restaurants in the same place since we have young children and sometimes it's nice to just walk downstairs and have everything available. There is also an organic/healthy grocery store in the same shopping area which was nice since we ran out of baby supplies. The breakfast was also delicious and our picky eater loved it. We recommended this hotel to friends and family and will Definitely return.

I traveled to Guadalajara for work for 5 days, and stayed at the Hilton Midtown location. The hotel is amazing; the staff is very courteous and helpful; breakfast is full of options; dinners were a little challenging as a vegetarian, but there were a few items that worked for me. The hotel is built right into the Midtown Shopping / Mall, so there are many other shops, stores, and restaurants to sample. I would stay here again for work trips, but it's probably too pricey to stay for leisure with my budget.

Incredibly beautiful Hilton with a lovely shopping mall attached. The cleanliness and attention to detail here is outstanding.
All of the staff members I have met here have been exceptionally attentive.
The breakfast buffet is well appointed and everything is so delicious! They serve both Mexican and international cuisine.
The swimming pool is beautiful and has both lounge chairs and cabanas. The view from the pool area is beautiful at night. The "Wanderer" bar at the pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy wonderful beverages and company.
The proximity of the shopping mall allows for a very short walk to many different restaurants. The mall is very secure with an abundance of security officers.
The executive lounge is very well appointed with beverages and is really calm and quiet. It has an outdoor area as well, which is really nice in the evening.
I am a Hilton Diamond and have stayed in more Hilton properties than I can count. This is one of the nicest I have ever stayed at.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great room --- get the city view for great views; bar staff was perfect with great cocktails; check in and check out was flawless; Rueben (valet) was helpful at arrival and perfect suggestions for dining every night.

This was such a memorable stay! We loved the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool, bar and food were quality. The staff and Leo the manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for all your service!
