Holiday Inn & Suites Guadalajara Centro Historico, an IHG Hotel

Absolutely loved the location that was right in the heart of downtown. Everything was available nearby. The hotel itself was clean, had hot water and ice cold AC. I loved it.

Great experience overall. Front desk personnel are very professional and attentive. We stayed in a king bedroom, very comfortable and spacious. Restaurant was outstanding specially breakfast time, plenty of options. At dinner time, waiter "Don Juan Carlos" made our time there a great experience. Great location, close to everything....train station, bus station, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, money exchange stalls (right behind the hotel) and most importantly, historic sites. We will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again.

After a stressful last minute search for a hotel we ended up here. It’s an older hotel and I was a little hesitant, however I was pleasantly surprised by the great service, from the young man at the front desk to the valet and bell boys and house keepers. They were prompt and friendly.
The rooms are a little older but it was very clean and they accommodated us with a cot for our second child. The beds were very comfortable. It’s close to lots of places and a fun area to walk. I would definitely stay there again and this is coming from someone that doesn’t like hotels.

Stayed here for two weeks in April 2022 and the location is perfect, very close to the cathedral and both mercados. The rooms are very clean and the room service is fast and delicious. The front desk workers are very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again next year. Thank you for the great service

Very nice and comfortable Hotel located right on the edge of the Guadalajara historic district. 1 block and you are walking amongst the wonderful history of this city. No pool but free parking, all of the staff was very helpful and caring. Good breakfast room service.

Great Location. Friendly Staff. Clean Rooms. Comfortable Beds and Reasonable Prices. What more can be said about a hotel. The restaurant was fine but maybe a little expensive for the location (no continental breakfasts here..i.e. cold cereal). First trip to Guadalajara with my family. All the Churches, Museums and Restaurants are within walking distance. With all the negative news we hear about Mexico in the states I was a little worried about safety. I should not have worried. We walked around at all hours and never felt unsafe. I highly recommend this hotel.

Right at centro, walking distance to cathedral as well as the pedestrian zones yet not noisy. Spacious room , clean bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows, fast wifi, good AC, a la carte breakfast, friendly staff, gym. Free underground parking. From the parking, one can reach the reception only by stairs, no lift.

Holiday Inn is my favorite hotel chain. This location is excellent as it has a lot of interesting places in a walking distance. Rooms are great and staff is friendly and kind. Make sure your car is compact because parking space is limited (large pickups won't fit).

Rooms need updated , towels were super old . Was quite disappointed.

Nice comfy bedroom, in a colonial gorgeous building. Tastefully blended retro with contempo decorations. Walk by price is a bit on the expensive side though, online reservation is strongly recommended

The place was clean and safe. The parking lot is narrow, parking could be challenging. Staff behaved very friendly and rates are reasonable.

I love this hotel, everything is so clean and everyone is friendly special Ramon, he is the best server, he is always taking care of the guess.

In remodelation but the rooms are very comfortable, the staff is really nice and it's kept really clean.
