Well located place, it makes to you to reach downtown easily.

The hotel is clean and quite comfortable. The staff is always pleasant and very accommodating. The housekeeping staff is timely and thorough in cleaning my room. I stayed at this hotel a year ago when I traveled to Guadalajara. The staff remembered me and were happy to see me again. In general, the staff always go out if their way to ensure that they do all they can to help with immediate needs I may have.

Wow!! Honestly this place was amazing. I have to say, the staff was AWESOME. They made this vacation to Guadalajara the best with offering tours and places outside of the tour's! The staff made me feel at home, and the food was great for the prices of the hotel, also rooms were very nice, always clean. I was so happy with my stay here.

Cleanroom, great service from personnel maybe a better attitude from the cook will be nice, we could saw her doing all these uncomfortable faces 😆

Un lugar muy limpio, servicio excepcional y las señoritas de la cocina no se diga muy amables sin duda un lugar muy bueno para descansar aún que uno vaya por trabajo

Creo que es un lugar muy céntrico y tiene todos los servicios cerca, pero un buen trato amable gracias

Atención muy amable, en mi caso tengo una discapacidad física y me ofrecieron solución para tener una habitación accesible en la planta baja, ya que no cuenta con elevadores. Bastante céntrico y ubicado en una zona bonita y tranquila en Guadalajara. Talvez lo único es que el baño de la habitación no cuentan con barras para discapacitados o adultos mayores.

Excelente ubicación, tanto para vías rápidas y lugares interesantes, en cuanto a las servicios, el personal ,siempre con disposición de atención, lo único malo es el escaso lugar para estacionarse, aunque el mismo personal se encarga de mover las unidades, no deja de escasear el espacio y por último y no menos importante es el servicio de TV , ¡ solo cuentan con la tv local y servicios de WiFi, aun que este último es de buena señal ,si hecho de menos la tv por cable 😉,

Hotel bonito y bien ubicado, alrededor hay muchas opciones para comer. El personal es siempre amable, y aunque el check in es oficialmente a las 3:00 p.m., a la hora que llegues, si la habitación está disponible, te la entregan sin costo extra para que puedas descansar. Totalmente recomendado.
