Specialty coffee experience as it should be. They offer a wide range of prep methods and a really good selection of local coffee types. If you are a coffee lover, this is a must visit.

Simple kiosko location but has excellent coffee. Very smooth not bitter.

**The brownies are to die for.** I believe they are the best in town.

Workers are super friendly and professional. No frills but great to grab a coffee and a bite and enjoy Llano Park activities.

Me parece uno de esos cafés básicos, que no tiene más de lo necesario para ofrecer una experiencia muy buena con el café. Para empezar la atención es excelente, súper amable. Cuentan con café de especialidad de Oaxaca (lavado, natural, honey, geisha), preparado al momento con método manual de extracción. Además de contar con otras opciones son café para todos los gustos. El precio vale muchísimo la pena. Y si quedan maravillados con el café, venden grano o molido del que les haya gustado.

Pequeño establecimiento con máquina de espresso y BrewBar (métodos de extracción lenta de café).
Pedí un espresso y estaba delicioso, equilibrado y con buena acidez. Sus galletas son muy buenas también.

Sehr kleine Kaffeebar mit feinem Kaffee und zuvorkommender und freundlicher Bedienung. Wie so oft gehören die unscheinbaren und kleinen Kaffeebars an denen wir unachtsam vorbeigehen zu den Besten.

Fuimos de visita a Oaxaca y de todos los cafés que probamos, este fue nuestro favorito por mucho y regresamos 3 veces. Les deseamos mucho éxito, los precios y el servicio son excelentes!

El mejor specialty coffee en la ciudad.

It’s pretty good for a little coffee stand at a park. I identified this place before I got to Oaxaca because it was near my airbnb and I needed to know where the coffee places are near me. Because that’s how important coffee is to me.

I’ve been here many times and can safely say their coffee is pretty good at a good price. They have 4 different kinds of coffee - a washed geisha, a natural process, honey process and “mixed”, which I assume is a blend.

They don’t always stock every kind of coffee. In fact, I’ve only had the geisha and natural process because those were the ones available. My American self expects everything to always be in stock, but it’s a small stand at a park. It’s fine. Besides, natural process and geisha coffees are my favorite anyway.

The roast is medium, so if you’re a light or dark roast person, this wouldn’t be it. I also tried asking for a Japanese siphon coffee, but was informed that they can’t do it because they don’t have the gas/stove/burner to work the siphon. Though they have all the coffee extraction tools on display, they said they could only do v60 for me. I don’t really know why you can do a v60 but not a chemex and aeropress, but I’m going to assume they are out of filters.

They did allow me to specify the kind of coffee I wanted when they made espresso drinks though, which is nice.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, because the coffee is good and it’s just a park coffee stand, but by the end bed of writing this review, I just couldn’t justify giving it 5 stars.

I will say though that I keep coming back and even bought a bag of the natural process and enjoy it at home. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would.
