Sea Garden

We had a great stay! Love the location and access to the beach! Wouldn’t be the same without the amazing help here though! Our favorite employee was Jorge
Sosa, the bell boy. Over the last few stays we have gotten to know him a little bit and he always goes out of his way to smile and accommodate everyone. Employees like him make this hotel one of a kind!

Older hotel... dated. Steps from a large pool, a few yards from an excellent beach. Restaurant not very good and expensive. But, 6 restaurants half the cost of hotel within 2 minute walk...two notably excellent. 1 bedroom is spacious for 2. Staff is excellent....this is not upscale and half the rooms have full view of ocean and sunset...and I love staying here.

Great hotel. Our 6th year coming back. Beautiful small hotel, incredible staff and great location.
Shout out to bellboys Jorge Sosa, Kevin and Hector for all the help. Great front desk staff like Fernando and Jaun make coming and going super easy. Highly recommend.

We visited from the Grand Mayan up the beach for Karaoke night twice the week we were there. Estefania presided over the karaoke and was a delight.
We also visited with some friends in the bar and their room and found it comfortable and clean.
We will likely stay here our next visit to PV.

This is my favorite place to stay near Puerto Vallarta. The place is meticulously clean and well-maintained. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming to foreigners. I especially appreciated the kindness and encouragement of my new friend Jorge, one of the bell boys. I will definitely be coming back.

I haven't stayed here we only dined here so I can't rate the rooms. The restaurants are top-notch though. The grounds are really nice and very serene. We have some friends that have stayed here and they loved it.

I recently purchased the Vidanta Timeshare for Kingdom of the Sun with the Amusement Park and 2 for 1 PGA Golf. I would love to trade my Timeshare for Grand Mayan or Grand Luxxe!
The Sea Garden is Fantastic!
The Beach, Views, Pools, Pool Bar & Restaurants are more my style than the "White Castle" with Amusement Park and Golf. Love it here!

Very attentive staff and more low key than many of the places nearby

They always have a good activity or two waiting and the beach out back is perfect clean and less crowded than anything within walking distance.

The Joy squad at Sea Garden is the best group we have encountered. We come every year and this years group of Estefania, Luis, Alex, Edson, and Elena were great. Estefania has a great sense of humor and makes the games we play fun. Luis enjoys his job and acknowledges me when he sees me. Elena keeps the games moving and also enjoys what she is doing. The others are doing a very good job also.

Friendly staff. Room was good and housekeeping was exceptional. Very relaxing place. Hard to get deck chairs if not early.

I visited for a whole week and had a wonderful experience during my stay. Specially the activities that the hotel offers. We loved the attention of people like Luis and Fany from entertainment. We participated in activities like the aquaerobics, in which we had a lot of fun and burned some calories! The bingo game was so fun! I never won, but had fun as well. The Karaoke was a great time with my family.

Estefania is a great person and has made the joy squad a great place to have fun at here at Sea Gardens Vidanta.

The only thing that I will improve is to take us to the sales people to talk about their new products, for me I considered this impolite.

I love the Sea Garden. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and bright, the pools are nice. The guests are friendly. You walk through the pool area and you are on the beach. It is near a variety of restaurants. This is where I always want to stay.

This place is amazing. The workers here are unbelievable with their service and are always there to help you with anything. The room we stayed at was beautiful as well, with pool and beach access there was no place I would rather be. It is beautifully quiet, so relaxing and enjoying your time is no problem. Oscar at the bar is so so friendly and the joy squad has been so fun to be around our whole stay. Jorge, Inocent, and Y’urizty were the absolute best. Whenever we needed anything they were right there ready to assist. Another shoutout to Luis, Manuel, and Estafania from the Joy Squad, they made the trip worth it. These people became quick friends of mine while also helping me get to every day! I love this place and all the people who work here. Fabian was the best. He ran all day in the sun to get everyone everything. He was quick and so easy to talk to. He works so hard and deserves so much for what he does. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a fun, easy going vacation. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a vacation!

Sea Garden is a nice place to stay and spend your vacation. Stafs are so so co operative and friendly. I recomend to spend your vacation in this happening resort.

Specially Brittany, Estefania and Luis are too too friendly. I love to spend my next vacation in the same place and I love if there will be same staff.

The animation crew at the hotel are very nice, they try to get to know you and are very fun. All of them: Estefany, Luis, Román, Britany. The waiter Clemente. The life guard Alejandro.

Staff is super helpful and friendly, enjoyed pool happy hour, Estefania and Luis lead great activities, beach is perfect, can walk to several tasty restaurants easily, good vibe
