Eddie's Place Nopal Beach

On a long walk from our rental condo...we happened upon this place. We ordered the mai Mai grilled tacos and a couple margaritas. WOW.. the tacos where so good along with the service and pricing is very very reasonable. A week later we had friends come down to visit us and the second night (Friday) we took them to Eddie's.. Once again we were not disappointed..there was also live music that night and the weather and background was perfect. We did not have a reservation but they fit us in..I would highly recommend this place and we will probably go again before we leave to go back home.

Outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade. Very popular and busy. Had to wait for a table. Awesome food. Best margarita I've had for many years. Good prices.

The food was great, a mix of American food done well and Mexican food. Really high quality and delicious! The drinks were really well made also! The wait staff was very pleasant and helpful and the location was amazingly convenient, with nice outdoor seating as well as some indoor for colder, rainier days. The prices were really good for a resort area. I can't recommend this place high enough! We went every day for at least 1 meal once we discovered it.

Great food, excellent service, wonderful friendly atmosphere. And you can watch a hockey game as you eat. Best chicken parm I ever had. The bacon wrapped shrimp are addictive. Loved the chef salad. I don't think you would be disappointed with anything you ordered. Haven't been here for 2 years but plan to go this week. Breakfast is always busy.

Great value and good food. Marina views. Close to beach. Finding shade can be a challenge at some tables.

Every once in awhile you get a perfect meal at a restaurant, and then you return for something that wasn't as good as the first time. This happens allot no matter where you live or travel. On this day my meal was perfection and top quality. Since I've only been here once I can't speak to the consistency but the chef delivered an excellent culinary experience on this occasion. I would recommend trying this place and hopefully you'll have the same experience I did. The live music was also great and relaxing. Cheers to the staff for making this a memorable time. I'll be back again!

We came over from Puerto Vallarta to explore a little bit of this side of the bay. Stopped in to Eddie's place for breakfast. The staff was really friendly and there is indoor and outdoor seating. It's right by the marina but no real view of the beach or anything (if you're looking for that) the food was good. I had the breakfast burrito and my wife had the scramble with chicken. The country potatoes weren't what you'd expect (more stewed than pan fried) but still taste good. Over all it was a great spot to grab a bite before walking between the buildings to the beach

Eddie's Place is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. The food? Exceptional in taste, quality, and variety – truly top-notch! What sets Eddie's apart is not just their delicious menu but also their incredible prices. I was pleasantly surprised! Moreover, the staff's kindness and attentiveness elevate the entire dining experience. Without a doubt, Eddie's Place is a must-visit – it's where great food, fantastic ambiance, and affordability converge.

Just a 15 minute walk along the Beach from the Vidanta resort, this restaurant has one of the best reputations in the area. If you are looking for a change from resort dining with very reasonable prices, I would highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner. The friendly staff along with an excellent menu (their jumbo shrimp Kabobs is awesome) will surely make your dining experience memorable.
One minor issue which should be addressed is the positioning of the mirror in the ladies restroom (Baño). Its location could be considered a little awkward to some people.
To summarize this restaurant has it all great food, good prices , nice atmosphere and friendly attentive staff……

CASH ONLY - Great food at great prices! They also had amazing service - they were even willing to call us a cab. We had a late breakfast/brunch and it kept us full all day! We had the campirano burrito and waffle breakfast. Delicious!! It’s right next to the marina so not a bad view. We will definitely be back.

Another very nice place to eat and reasonably priced! Our table of 6 ordered a variety of items off the menu; avocado stuffed with shrimp, fajitas, enchiladas, grilled mahi Mahi, all were very nicely presented and the consensus was that all the food was delicious. Like many of the other restaurants we’ve been to on this trip, the service was excellent…and add the live music, we had a perfect evening…I highly recommended this restaurant…

This restaurant is right off the beach at the marina and came highly recommended by a few other guests. We had dinner twice and it was excellent and so affordable. The staff, service, food and drinks were wonderful.

Absolutely the best breakfast we had in our two week stay in Nuevo Vallarta. Wish I would have had breakfast here earlier in our trip not the last morning.

We had an excellent meal, my husband had coconut shrimp, and I had shrimp tostado GF I was so happy to find a restaurant with gluten free options. They were accommodating, and the meal was excellent! We will be back!

Best breakfast I’ve ever had. Country potatoes were so flavourful. I will be going here again, maybe every day.

Great food. Easy to get to from Paradise Village mall and take the water taxi for 30 pesos per person. It is a cash only place like a lot of places in Mexico.

This place is awesome. The guacamole is fresh and served on a romaine lettuce leaf. The chips with three different salsas are fresh and tasty. The garlic and oil mahi-mahi is a must for the hearty appetite and the shrimp tacos are great. We came back 6months later in Jine and ate the coconut jumbo shrimp appetizer with Caprese salad. Both were tasty and for a hot day we enjoyed the Caprese salad presentation. We also had nacho chips and salsa.

So much food! The jumbo shrimp looked like small lobsters. My “medium” manhattan came in a goblet. By the time lamb kabob came, two shrimp and half a fattoush salad had already filled me up. Live music. Reservations recommended.

Excellent menu and service - one of our favorites!! Highly recommend the cuchi cuchi bacon wrapped shrimp and coconut shrimp. Desserts are on point as well. Great for brunch, lunch and dinner with a pretty view of the marina and great local live music entertainment.
